Remote phonebook generation tool not working

I am trying to use the remote phonebook generation tool from: http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDow...280292.zip

But for the life of me, whenever I try to run a macro, I get a "you don't have permissions to run this file".

Could you provide a version of this document, that doesn't return this error?

Where can I buy a base station on its own?

I bought a W52P and a W52H for the office, so there is one base station and two handsets. I want to take one home, so I need another base station. I can't find a model number for just the base station, nor can I find it anywhere, not even eBay or Amazon.

The Yealink and Gigaset base stations look very similar and I've seen some evidence to suggest that they might be interoperable?

Could someone point me in the right direction?

LDAP sorting result with accents

Hi,

The sorting of LDAP result with accent is not working as expected:

What we get:
Mutten Robert
Myles Tristan
Müller Steve

As you can see, letters with accent are sorted after the z which is not correct.

What we expect:
Müller Steve
Mutten Robert
Myles Tristan

Is there a way to correct it please?

Yealink T48G WiFi Support

I remember Yealink staff talking about adding WiFi support for the Yealink T48G phone as early as 2014.

Now we're in 2016 - will the phone soon support Wifi natively, or with a USB Wifi dongle?

T21P E2 - cannot be answered on siemens 3800v7

Hello,

I just bought new T21P E2 and they are not working well. I have other telephones T21 software version (34.71.0.90) and they are working well. The problem is if i dial from an old telephone (T21) to a new telephone (T21P E2) it works ok but if I dial from new telephone (T21P E2) to the old phones it does not work. the telephone rings but when I pick up it still continues ringing on the extension that i dialed from. on the dialed extension it drops and gives me the dial tone. I am using siemens Hipath 3800 V7

any help will be greatly appreciated

t48G BLF not working

4 phones Yealink t48g Firmware Version 35.80.0.70 + FreePBX 13.0.49 , Asterisk Version: 13.5.0 + BLF

I've set up 4 t48g phones on my local network and remote network (2 Server : local server for testing, remote server is live ) . Everything seem to work fine . I can dial out, receive call, transfer .. call just fine . The only problem I have right now is BLF does not work at all .

All 4 phones
Phone 1: Extension 500, BLF:501,502,503
Phone 2: Extension 501, BLF:501,502,503
phone 3: Extension 502, BLF:501,502,503
phone 4: Extension 503, BLF:501,502,503
all the BLF keys registed and stay green

when I press on these BLF key , phone will dial extention but none of the phone BLF key change the status . They all stay green.

After spending 1 full day on google and on this forum . Here is what I did
I went into each phone webpage and make sure: Account -> Advanced -> SIP Server Type = Default

On Freepbx:
Settings->Advanced Settings->Display Readonly Settings + Override Readonly Settings = YES
Dynamically Generate Hints = YES

Reboot phones and servers . Everything seem to work find but BLF still does not work . Please help

T19P ghost call

Hi, I have 5 T19P phone with Firmware version 31.72.0.76.

I receive about 10 ghost call each hours. They are not loggued into the pbx. I also desactivated the Allow IP Call. I see many option like Acception SIP trust only server but I don't have it in my phone. Help !!!

First, do I have the latest firmware version?
Second, What I need to do?

Searching for Base

VAD Bandwidth gain on G722 and G729

By default, VAD is disabled on my T23G phones.

How much bandwidth would I on average be conserving on G722 and G729 calls with VAD enabled?

Are there any disadvantages in turning it on?

T48G w/ FreePBX Endpoint Manager "Register Status Disabled"

Hi All,

I'm trying to provision a T48G using FreePBX and Endpoint Manager.

The phone is getting the settings and configuration, but won't register.

For Account1, it just says: Register Status Disabled

Any ideas how to enable it?

Does the openvpn.tar has to have that exact name for it to work on the Yealink phones, or could it also be client1.tar, e.g.?

Adjustable font size on SIP-T4X phones

Is there a way to increase font size (From default) for T46G phone (for softkeys and menus) or any other T4X phone?

We have a business requirement for it, and I cannot find anything in the admin/provisioning guides.

I see there has been a topic re: 32 model, but with no responses - perhaps someone could shed some light?

T48G Recovery Files needed

I have a brand new T48G which is stuck on initializing.

Before returning under warranty i want try to recover myself first.

Can somone form Yealink please provide me the official T48.bin and T48.rfs files?

T42G DNS problem

Hi

we have about 2000, T42G phone and now we encountered an embarrassing problem.
problem relates to the fact that the network in the DNS server is not available for 100%, and if present, the DNS does not work when the phone makes a SIP-server registration for reuse, it fails and the telephone remains in the "No Service" state.
and telephone recover from this, other than factory reset
even if the dns would be available again

t42G phone
Firmware Version 29.73.74.1
Hardware Version 29.1.0.0.0.0.0

and we have two DNS server primary and secondary
