This just started happening this Monday. Half our office is on softphone using XLite and the other half are using T20Ps, only the people using the physical phones are having issues with calls dropping anytime after 5 minutes.

T22P 7.73.0.50 Provisioning fails with authentication

I upgraded my T22P to the latest 7.73.0.50 firmware. Provisioning with basic authentication fails. My server sends 401 UNAUTHORIZED at the first request but the phone keeps requesting with no credentials.
I downgraded to 7.72.0.80 and it's fine.

Call Pickup History missing

Hi All,

Have an issue with 3CX and Yealink T23G. We have staff who use the call pickup facility very often *20*

When the above pickup facility is used the phones history does not show the call that was taken.

It does not show it on the the phone that rings or the phone that the call was taken on.

I posted a message on the 3CX forum and they advised the below. Please let me know if there is a phone setting that can be changed. As this behavior is not apparent on the Cisco 504G which shows it as a missed call.

When you *20* from another phone, the initial phone that is ringing receives a CANCEL message with a reason of "call answered elsewhere" or something along those lines.
Most of the phones when they see this they do not show a missed call as they call was not lost, it was answered just by someone else.

I don't know of a parameter in the phones UI that might change this behavior but it might be good idea to also post a question on the Yealink forums as well as

Hey there,

I need to enable forwarding calls from a SIP terminal YEALINK manufacturer, model T20P. The problem is that when I do the deviation from the same terminal the call does not progress, tells me that the number does not exist. But when I make the detour from the terminal associated with the same line work properly. The phones are registered correctly on the CISCO Call Manager.

T22 - One way audio for internal call to SCCP phone

I am using FreePBX to operate my phones. Everything is working fine with receiving and making outside calls. Furthermore, all internal calls, with the exception of one scenario, are working fine as well.

The only scenario that isn't working is a call from T22 phone (SIP) to a Cisco phone (SCCP). It only has one way audio (no audio from the Cisco phone) when the T22 calls the Cisco phone.

Should I assume that it is a Yealink issue since it is working with the Siemens Gigaset? Calls between the Yealink and Gigset phone work fine though...

Oddly, enough everything also works fine when the Cisco phone calls the T22.

I have been playing around with a lot of settings, but I cannot figure out what the issue.

Is somebody here successfully using the same scenario? Any tips?
