Forward certain phone #'s only
Is there a way to have specific phone numbers forwarded to a different extension or phone number while having all other calls come through?
We don't want the call blocked in this case but the person keeps leaving messages on the wrong extension and have been repeatedly made known of the issue.
We don't have a lot of control over our cloud PBX in this regard (routing specific incoming phone numbers) except that we can block specific #'s but that is not needed in this case.
Even if we have to include the number into the local phone directory of the phone, that might be ok as well.

W60B DECT can't dial 911, using wrong port
I'm having an issue with ONLY the w60b DECT phones on a 3CX installation. The issue is that when calling 911, and only when calling 911, the phone is not using the correct SIP port. Instead of using port 3560 for the call, it goes back to the default of 5060 to make the call and thus fails. When calling any other number, it uses the correct port and the call goes through.
I have tried using the firmwares 77.83.0.20, 77.81.30, and 77.81.0.10 and it happens on all of them. I have attached pictures of the pertinent INVITE as captured by the pcap trace on the phone itself. The first attachment is the failed call to 911 and the second is the successful call to another number that uses the correct port.
This is a HUGE issue for us (and anyone really) that I need help with, any advise would be very welcome

W56H handsets won't update to latest firmware.
We have a W60B base and 2 W56H handsets. The base has the latest firmware but the handsets will not keep the latest firmware, by that I mean they will revert themselves shortly after I manually update them. It's worth mentioning that these phones are autoprovisioned through RingCentral. Is anyone else having this or a similar issue?

eco modes and green signal bars
This feature was working for me indicated by showing the green signal bars. Today I only get white bars. I tried turning off eco and eco+ (reboot) and then turn them back on (reboot). Can the SIP provider or changes within the W60B web browser have any influence on the eco modes? Firmware is 77.83.0.25.

Uploading Skype Firmware on T46 running 28.83.0.55
Hi,
I have 2-3 phones I would like to use for Skype for Business, but am running into issues when trying to install the firmware.
The phones are currently running firmware version 28.83.0.55 which is a custom 3CX firmware version. From what I've read so far, it doesn't look like these phones can be downgraded.
Would anyone have a way to downgrade/upgrade this firmware version so that I can install the Skype firmware?

we have Yealink T46S Phones (firmware 66.84.0.15). Provider is placetel.
We use BLF-Keys, configured:
type: BLF
value: user-ID from Placetel (something cryptical like xq5geTger)
Label: name (somthing like Mr. Spock)
line: line 1
direct dial: number
If I make a call via BLF-button, the call list entry is value (something like xq5geTger). But that is not so nice.
Is it possible to show the label from BLF button in the call list entry? Or where do I have to make changes to get a name or number and not the cryptical user-ID in the call list?

Teams Firmware - not ready?
I upgraded my T58A's to Teams and found that there (1) the phone does not import my contacts from Teams, rendering the search functionality on the phone completely useless, and (2) there is no directory or "contacts" functionality in this firmware. The Yealink sidecar (EXP 50) I bought doesn't work with Teams either. Apparently, neither does the phone's wireless capabilities which is one of the main reasons I bought it.
As Microsoft is pushing everyone from SFB to Teams I would assume that Teams would actually function properly. I am assuming these issues will get resolved over time - is there an estimate as to when the next firmware update will happen? Right now the phone is pretty unusable.

Caller ID display for HOLD and PARK
A customer apparently cant live without having caller ID next to the line key that a caller is either on hold or on a parked key. Is this possible ? If so how would one do this ?

T42S phone not allowing to change default admin password?
I have yealink phone T42S with firmware version 66.9.0.45 and I’m trying to change default password of admin to my own password.
When I log into phone using web browser I go to Security tab and for User type I select admin and for old password I enter admin.
For new password I enter a new password and for confirm password I re-enter my new password. Then phone automatically boots.
I wait a few minutes and when I try to login it does not accept my new password and I can’t log in. I have to hold ok button to reset
phone to factory settings.

I have just begun starting to use the T46S and I have two questions:

2. The time and date display -- when the phone is idle it displays in the upper right hand corner. As soon as you start a call, the time goes off the screen and the call timer appears. Is there any way to have the date and time remain on the screen while you are on a call?
Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. I am admittedly a newbie when it comes to Yealink equipment.
