I can't seem to get the internal ringtone to change for Yealink W60's, I have managed to get it to change when using the intercom feature but this is no good, as we need a differen't ring tone for when calls are transferred locally etc...

Could anybody advise on how to do this?

T58A Skype Music On Hold Inband Provisioning

Has anyone managed to make Skype for Business Music On Hold Inband provisioning work on a T5x series? We've set it to inband provisioning, but all the phone ever does is play Ring7.wav for some reason, no matter what we set in the Skype client.

Hi,

how to disable the power LED completely? I've set:

phone_setting.common_power_led_enable = 0
phone_setting.talk_and_dial_power_led_enable = 0
phone_setting.mail_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.ring_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.mute_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.hold_and_held_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.missed_call_power_led_flash.enable = 0

without success. It still blinks at least when there are missed calls.

Just logged in to add some more Skype for Business phones to our environment and found I can no longer request a permanent MS Skype for Business license. Is there any word on if I'm the only one experiencing this? Is there any information on how to get a permanent license?

callee notification CCNR

Hi,

is there a way to notify callee that he's targeted for CCNR using SIP methods? Maybe some NOTIFY message with proper XML-content idk.
I know there will be missed call notification, but i also need CCNR notification.

T46G Remote Phone Book

Im trying to get the remote phone book to work on my T46G phones. I have a sample file which works well when hosted on an external web URL, when I use an Internal IP or web URL I get SSL errors despite asking for HTTP.
It looks like its not using my internal DNS, It seems to be going out of my local network then back in which is causing the issue. Has any one ever heard of this, is there away to fix this?

I want to keep the directory internal so I can keep it secure and update it via our intranet

LDAP (MS AD) T48G only displays single number

We have configured LDAP (MS AD) on a T48G.

Sample User:
- Name - John Doe
- Mobile - 555-123-9876
- Home - 555-987-1234
- IP Phone - 6543

If you search for any of the above numbers, the contact is listed. However, it only displays with ONE of those numbers, not all of them.

Meaning, search for 6543 returns:
John Doe
555-123-9876

Search for 1234 (as in 555-987-1234) returns:
John Doe
555-123-9876

Search for 9876, well it correctly returns:
John Doe
555-123-9876

If you click on the contact for more details, it ONLY shows:
John Doe
555-123-9876

The other 2 numbers are never listed.....

Calendar Disabled in CAP mode

If I log in as a user account setup for Room calendar, I can see the meetings just fine. However, if change the CP960 to use CAP mode (Common Area Phone), the calendar becomes disabled and it just shows Disconnect exchange server.

How do we show the meetings and join Skype for Business meetings while in CAP mode?

Have the latest Skype for Business firmware (73.8.0.27).

LDAP Directory Configuration Issue

Dear all,

we´re having issues with our LDAP telephone directory integration in Yealink Deskphones.

We assume that the problem lies within the local Config in our phones under Directory -> LDAP but maybe someone has a different solution for our Problem.

The Problem is:

The passive LDAP lookup for the phonebook is showing Active Directory Users with "None" in the category ipphone or mobile in Windows AD.

Example attached.

We want to hide these entries and only show Useraccounts and Contacts from Windows AD with set entries in the ipphone or mobile category.

How can we manage that?

We have attached the current configuration of Directory -> LDAP as a screenshot.

We are looking forward to any suggestions.

T58A Teams Edition one way audio after 20 min

Currently running firmware
58.15.0.20

Yealink T58 Phone

Issue: When on a call for longer than 20 minutes one way audio occurs. It will happen exactly at the 20 minute mark. I can hear the caller the caller cannot hear me. We have re-produced this problem on another T58a phone also.

We have tried a Audiocode C450HD, MS Teams client and the issue does not happen at the 20 min mark.

Tried updating to the 58.15.0.26 firmware and still have the same issue.

Remove Missed call list

Hi Elise,

The W56P contain two methods to save call logs.

Call log feature and call log display method.

Call log feature setting can be found in WUI (Features > General Information > Save Call Log) or using provisioning (features.save_call_history = 0 (0=disable, 1=enable))

Call log display method can only be set using provisioning.

features.cumulative_display_call_log.enable = 0 (0=disable, 1=enable)
