CP960 Installing Google Play Services

Hi,
Do you have a version of Google Play Services that can be installed on the CP960 phone?

Or do you have instructions on how to install any versions of Google Play Services?

I am trying to install Google Home to be able to cast Skype for business conference screens to a chromecast.

T46G WiFi cannot access web gui

Hi all,

I have a T46G running 28.83.0.53 firmware and the WF40 dongle. I cannot access the web gui to administer this phone. I press OK to display the IP address and I get the site can't be reached. Here's where it get's fun. a scanner doesn't show this phone on the network, yet it connects just fine to my asterisk. Now, when I connect it via a wire, it shows right up, and I can configure it as I wish. It has a different IP address, which I expected. Anyone got an idea?

Pin Authentication option missing

Hi all,
A group of users I support are using the T46S Skype for Business phone/firmware.
Currently the option to use PIN Authentication is missing from the mode drop down in the Account tab, and the PIN and Extension fields are disabled. Is there any way to enable this?
We would like to be able to log in using the PIN# instead of the username and password.

See attachment of 1 with the option, and 1 without(problem child).

Creating Paging Groups

I have a customer who has two businesses under one account. I have set up one business using the 100 range extensions and the other is using the 200 range extensions.

I want to create two buttons -Page 1 and Page 2-, so, when Page 1 is pressed it calls the extensions on the 100 range and when Page 2 is pressed it calls all the extensions in the 200 range.

I am using all Yealink T46S.

Can anyone help me set this up?

T29G DTMF Duration

Hello.
Can the DTMF tones be configured to sound for as long as the button is pushed?? I am trying to get a gsm gate intercom controller to accept a tone ( 1 button ) to trigger the gate to open. The default setting is not quite long enough for the unit to recognise the tone.

How to enable G.729 Annex B (annexb=yes)

We would like to use G.729AB codec in T29G IP phone. The problem is that even after enabling VAD the phone still doesn't generate G.729 Annex B comfort noise frames (payload type 18). Instead generic RTP comfort noise (payload type 13) frames are generated. Also in SIP INVITE message generated by T29G IP phone in SDP there is annexb=no. Datasheet for T29G says that G.729AB codec is supported, so we expect G.729 Annex B to be implemented (and annexb=yes to be offered in INVITE). How to enable G.729 Annex B in Yealink T29G IP phone?

"On hook" event problem

I'm using T21P E2 phone with latest firmware 52.84.0.15.
There is a problem with "On hook" event in Action URL. This event doesn't execute itself at all. Off hook event works correctly, but when I put the handset back on the phone the On hook event doesn't execute.

When I execute link from action url manually with this event (on hook) then it is working properly.

Looks like bug in firmware?

T58A Teams - Call Queues Stopped working

Calls received via Call Queue have no incoming Audio, but outgoing Audio is working. Direct calls to T58A work fine. MS Teams Desktop client works fine. Issue is with Call Queue connections and Yealink T58A (Teams installation).
Devices worked in this configuration (unchanged) for 3 weeks before having issues. Latest (Teams) firmware installed.

Getting RTCP-XR session report, no periodic reports

I have a Yealink SIP-T48S phone with firmware version 66.82.0.20. I have configured a collector and enabled rtcp-xr reports. I do receive end of call reports on the collector, but I do not get any periodic reports. I do not have thresholds configured, since I do not want events.

I only have one phone, so I do not have a provisioning server. I entered the configuration via the Web interface. I also tried importing a partial configuration file with the phone settings. I know the import worked because I changed a few settings and it was reflected in the configuration. Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong and/or how to trouble shoot?

T46S Factory Default OK button does not work

I am trying to factory reset a device. Firmware is 66.83.0.33 - the admin password was changed and when I try to hold down the OK button for ten seconds, nothing happens. Is there a new way to default the phone? I am at a loss. Any help is appreciated - thanks.

Group Listen Set up

I need to activate Group Listen with a DSS Key for T46s, but do not see that option available in the drop down menu under Dsskey set up.
The goal is to use my Plantronics CS054headset while others in the room can listen in via my speaker phone.

Yealink t46s via Vonage.

Any help?

What cipher will T46G support in OpenVPN

My 'old' OpenVPN server's certificates are no longer supported by the OpenVPN software on my iPhone - I'll need to use a newer cipher.

I'm using firmware 28.80.0.95 which I will upgrade.

After I upgrade, what cipher's are available other than sha1 and md5 these days?

Hello everyone
I have a problem with a device T46s that stopped working with the front door camera and i cannot find where the camera IP is configured on the device. i looked every menu and i cannot find where is it.
The other phones in the office are working properly. We have a system that when someone rings at the front door it will call in this specific office and it will connect with the front door camera after that you can open the door.

T41S Common Area Phone not answering

Are purchased Yealink Y41S phones for some common area phones in Skype for Business 2015 on premise. We login using Pin authentication. We can make calls out from the phone, however when we try to call the phone we get a message "is in another call". Traces from the phone show the call coming in but the phone itself is saying it is Busy.

Any ideas of what to look at.

Hello,

I am having trouble getting the phone to accept local phonebook xml file. Is there any way to provision with .cfg? or is it possible that because my provisioin file is .cfg, but the Directory provision is xml which is why the phone will not accept it?

Wireless Compatablilty with T46S and T46G

Before purchasing an entire system of T46 and T48 models . I need some specific assistance with Yealink firmware compatibility with Nextiva hosted VoIP services.

I need to use the wireless dongle on both models, The specific questions I have are:

1.) Can I use the T46 and T48 "S" models.
2.) if not can I use the T46G and T48G with wireless dongles?( please note the specifics below on this question)

I Currently only have the T42G and T48G models in use.
I do have the T46G firmware 28.72.181.20 specifically written for Nextiva
and T48G firmware 35.72.0.32, I do not have any wireless dongles on any to test.

If we can use the "S" class of phones is there another specific firmware written for Nextiva hosted VOip? We have had disastrous operation results with the stock online firmware updates. Nextiva stopped all sales because of a huge communication breakdown in technical adaption and compatibility with Yealink.

However Yealink T42G are running strong on all my Nextiva customers with the proper firmware. They also give me great programming ability over the other brands. That is my reason for moving forward on new projects with Yealink. However, as Nextiva has the ability to provision and register Yealink, they do not support Yealink, or, I believe have had the technical backing of Yealink to upgrade along with the new released products. That process would involve a direct contact from Yealink to Nextiva to resolve.

Please advise, I need to know which direction to go concerning this and future Yealink product deployments.

Call History shows extension not external number

User gets transferred an external call from a user on an extension. When the user looks at their call history it shows a call from the users extension not the external call.

Desired behavior would be to have the external number show up the in call history, is there any way to make this happen?
