My phone logs in. When it is logged in, it will not let me call. Says invalid account. Then it logs out and tries to log in again. While it is logged in I can call in and call out. But then it logs out and in in again.
Does Yealink have any actual tech support as in a way to communicate with a human being? Most frustrating experience I have ever had with a piece of equipment.

DTMF duration
Hi - how can I change the DTMF duration on T41, T23 & T20 phones
without using the autoprovision feature?
My customer cannot operate their door entry unit as the DTMF tones are too short

Remote phone management
I am looking to implement YDMP to be able to manage client phones over the internet.
Other then setting up a VPN from each phone or site to site link is there anyway for the phones to report into the server directly over the internet?
If not will this functionality be added at a later date?

T42G - Impossible to upgrade firmware
Hi all,
I have tried to update my T42G firmware and I can't. My steps:
- Download firmware from http://support.yealink.com/documentFront...umentId=11
- Access to phone web page Settings - Upgrade and put the updated firmware and Upgrade
All looks like normal (i can see updating firmware on phone display) but after reboot firmware doesn't upgrade. Have anyone any idea?
I have checked with some firmwares with the same result.
Model: Yealink T42G
Versión Firmware:29.71.19.5
Versión hardware:29.1.0.0.0.0.0

Problem: LDAP search in v83 does not work as in v81
Good day,
Last week I upgraded firmware from 81.0.110 to 83.0.35 on SIP-T23/42/46 phones and faced the problem with LDAP search which has been working for past 4 years with v73 and v81.
Below are name and number filters used in LDAP search config:
ldap.name_filter = (|(givenName=%)(sn=%))
ldap.number_filter = (|(ipPhone=%)(Mobile=%))
with v73 and v81 search results never returned persons who have empty ipPhone AD attribute, which is correct logic.

Firmware url version variables possible?
Is it possible in the common config to use the firmware.url with variables or wildcards in the firmware name? can I have something where I don;t have to change the firmware name each time a new version comes out. shuch as firmware.url = http://myserver/yealinksoftware/T46S/66.x.x.x ?
As far as I know you cannot do this. I want the phone to look for the newest version without specifically tell it a particular number like 66.1.2.3

T56A Skype for Business Firmware
Hi guys,
I've recently been evaluating some phones for a Skype for Business install and really like the T56A for other SIP installations. I'd love to test these for this latest setup too.
Where can I download the SfB firmware for this model? I was able to upgrade and license a CP960 model but can't seem to find anything for the T5 series.

CP960 PC connection with PC via BLUETOOTH problem

There is a problem with the device CP960, on Windows 10 LTSB 1607
last firmware, CP960-73.80.0.35.rom
when connecting via Bluetooth from PC (all modes are enabled) in Skype, Skype for Business, Cisco Webex, etc, the CP960 Speakerphone is constantly off, while the headphones of the CPU 960 are sluggish to work - but the sound in them is very poor.
Speakerphone included, it is by default in the playback device as a default communications device and as a default device
on the USB to connect the device is not possible - too far (in the amount of about 10m) PC + hard to drag the USB cable
+ at this device, the USB connector is disconnected without the possibility to fix the cable - the connector will be torn out with the guts in a month ... (did not make it)
Do not know what to do .. The device on the first sight is very steep
but the problem with the connection on Bluetooth is messing up ..
BToE is an excellent solution - but it works only with C4B models of CP960

T20P stuck on fonality, help me!
I have some T20P that are stuck on fonality firmwares 9.70.181.200 and 201. I can flash between the two, but can't get anything else on there.
I got about 3 seconds of fonality support before and their instructions where to load the 201 file and then load 9.73.0.50 which fails.
Does anyone have a proceedure that works?

T27P does not boot nor recover
Hi all,
one of our T27P phones just quitted service after a decent amount of time in use.
It won't boot and freezes on the "Welcome... initializing" screen.
I've also tried to recover the phone. Since I haven't found any recoveryfiles specific for the T27P I used the files for the T27G in the first run. After 30 minutes wait I stopped the process and restarted it with the T27 files, but no luck either, it just hangs on the "Start Updating..." screen.
Any ideas how to proceed or should I declare it as retired?

W56H charging when full
I'm using the W56H handsets with a W60B base, and the handsets are running firmware 61.81.0.40.
I have noticed on both handsets, sometimes when placing them on the charging base, they will begin charging even though they are at full charge.
For example, I lift the handset to check a menu setting or quickly view call history, then place the handset back on the charger, then the handset begins charging. If I lift the handset a second time and immediately put it back on the charger, it shows full and does not charge.
So the problem seems to be very random. I'm wondering if there is an issue/bug in firmware.

Auto-Provision Firmware
I have looked at other forum threads and cannot find a full set of answers to my questions below.. (some broken links)
Overview:
We are hoping to be able to offer our partners an automated way of upgrading their firmware via our Cloud-PBX portal.
Question 1:
Rather than manually looking up each model for its latest firmware, is there some kind of channel feed we can subscribe to so we become aware of new firmware releases as Yealink make them available?
Question 2:
Rather than manually download new firmware releases, is there a way we can point a service to a url (maybe an api call) to auto-download the newest releases?

V83 and openvpn problem
I am running Yealink T23G and T42S phones connecting to my server via OpenVPN.
Everything works well with V82 but V83 has introduced an issue.
When on a call I have brief 2 seconds audio dropouts every 48 minutes.
This is what an excerpt from syslog on the phone whenever the audiodrop is happening:
Apparently there is a TSL soft reset happening.
This is only happening when live on a call, not when the phone is idle and causes the audio to drop on all phones I have tried it on. Never happens on V82.

I can't hear incoming callers on a T22
I have two T22 phones in my office. One works great, and the other one is sporadic. When a call comes in I can't hear the person, but apparently they can hear me. I have tried unplugging and rebooting the phone, but this has not helped.
What can I do to fix this problem?

Device Managemtn Platform
not sure what this is used for but if its something that I can use then I want it. Is this used to control phones out in the field or local phones only? Currently I use the RPS, am i to Configure the RPS to go to this YDMP or to my server? if to the YDMP then how do I pull the config file from my Multi tenant?

Everybody is still able to login, but it should only be possible for 813 and 100.
