T46s Firmware Downgrade

Hi!

I installed the firmware 66.9.0.25 on on of my T46s.
But that was a mistake.
This is a Skype for Business Firmware.

As we are using Starface, i need a Starface compatible firmware like 66.81.150.4
A firmware "Upgrade" to an older 66.81.0 is not possible via Webinterface.


Please help!!

[T46G] Action URI problem

Hello everybody

I try to call using the Action URI feature.
I'm not sure of the formating of the http request, please advise correct form.

FW version: 28.82.0.30

I tried:

T46S: Easy way to do either attended or blind using DSS BLF keys?

Sigh. This is so frustrating. I signed up to post a problem and find a solution.
First attempt after signing up: You must wait 24 hours. Ok.
2nd attempt: The image verification is wrong (did this twice).
4th attempt: Your message is considered spam. HUH? (view on pastebin https://pastebin.com/bVF52z4B)
So I've put the problem on pastebin (link above). Please read it and reply to here if you have any suggestions.

T46 message button programming for comedian mail

Our phone setup requires T46 users to enter a comedian mail mailbox number and password after touching the T46 message button.

I found where to program the message button in the phone Web interface.

From the documentation, I created a command to dial voice mail, pause, dial mailbox number, pause, and enter the password.

*124$Tinvite$$Cwc$$Cp4$9745$Cp2$1234#Tdtmf$

When I set this in the phone configuration and press the message button on the T46, I get a message that says, "Using secondary trunk to terminate your call."

I reduced the command string to: *124$Cp4$7091$Cp2$1234#Tdtmf$

Still get the same message.

I tried programming a DSS button and got the same result.

Further reading indicates that this function has to be provisioned in order for these strings to work:
features.enhanced_dss_keys.enable = 1

Is this correct?

My VAR doesn't know any of this.

Any thoughts?

Disable Recording and Web Browsing

We need to be able to disable recording for legal concerns, and would like to disable web browsing. Ideally we would autoprovision these settings, but we could do it manually on the phone if we knew how.

EHS36 with firmware 4.16.0.0 & T38G

I have the following question. Is the Yealink EHS36 (Wireless Headset Adapter) with firmware 4.16.0.0 compatible to older EOL Yealink phones like the T38G series?

I want to use a Yealink T38G (fw 38.70.1.33) with a new Yealink EHS36 in conjunction with a Plantronics CS540 wireless headset. Unfortunately it does NOT work. The cables are all 100% right connected.

Out of my view there exist most likely an incompatibility between the new EHS36 (fw 4.16.0.0) and the old T38G. The new EHS36 4.x firmware is most likely optimized for the T4x series IP phone models.

Can someone from Yealink confirm here the supposed incompatibility between a new EHS36 and an old T38G?

If this is true, can I make a downgrade from new EHS36 4.x firmware to an older one?

Where can I get an access to RPS

Hello

I'm developing provisioning server and I need to get an access to rps.yealink.com and its API to make it all work properly. I have read all manuals and even wrote emails to sales@yealink.com and Technical support but still no answer received.

The manuals says that I should get an access from Yealink reseller or administrator but I don't have any of this in my city.
The access is needed to register devices via API so it could be provisioned via my service.

Please help.

dtmf problem

Hi,

We have different model of yealink, T41P/S, T46G/S, and there phone reconized beep like dtmf, so where i go in the voicemail i don't hear the beep and we have dtmf like A or C.
We don't reproduce this problem with other SIP phone like Digium.

I tried change dtmf RFC2833 to SIP-INFO but the problem are always here.

Can you help me ?

Is there a simple way to send from the phone an url with the calling phone number to a computer?

W56H-compatible headsets?

What headsets are compatible with the W56H phone?

I tried the Plantronics HW251N and HW261N with the Plantronics 3.5mm adapter.

I can hear through the headset, but can't be heard.

Any thoughts?

T48G - Stop phone from changing display when lifting handset

Hi there,

I've a weird customer request..

They doesnt want the phone to change display, when lifting the handset, because they use speed dials bottoms..

I know you could just click the button, and then lift the handset, but this is not how they want it..

Is there anyway we can stop the phone from changing display, so it just shows the standard background display?

I using yealink ip phones in asterisk 13.2.0 with pjsip 2.3.

I creat cetificates on oasterisk an users.I already certified the certificates on the phones.

But my problem is my yealinks not register on astearisk with TLS .



samebody can help me ?

Hello! Two questions about autoprovisioning for T21P E2.

1) Does the phone support the old format of provisioning file (the one which was the only one up to firmware series 6x), or only the one introduced with 7x series firmwares?

2) IIRC, the .cfg files were named like "initial number+phone mac address.cfg", with the initial number identifiying a specific Yealink phone model. Since my PBX is a bit old it and it "knows" T21P, but not T21P E2... do their provisioning files differ, in "initial number" or anything else?

i try use secure calls i upload certificates in my ip phones but when i go menu ,status,more phone option 6 tell me device cert not installed Sad

the tls sip port 5061 udp ?

Paging to W60B from 3cx extension

I have W60B (77.81.0.30) DECT base with 3 W56H (61.81.0.30) handsets

Datasheet has following features listed: Paging, intercom, auto answer

3CX manual "How to configure Yealink W52P/H, W56P/H, W60P for 3CX" has one of the Known Limitation - "Cannot be configured for multicast paging"

I can originate paging call from any phone to other nonDECT Yealink phones, but all DECT phones just continue ringing.

Group rights for DECT phones the same and has Intercom enabled. "Auto Answer" set on in handset settings.

Similar topic for older W52P handset was successfully resolved by "new firmware;.

problem with fw upgrade

moin forum,

i have a problem with a T46s. I upgraded from fw 66.81.0.25 to 66.82.0.30. After this i have no network access anymore. Phone is not reachable. Any idea?

upgrade EXP40

Hi support,

@customer site we had do a upgrade of T46G with EXP40 and EHS36.
upgrade was good. (to 28.82.0.20)
after the upgrade the headset wasn't triggered. We updated the EHS but with no result.
We tested the headset without EXP40 (EHS directly connected on T46G) and the headset is working fine.
the EXP has firmware level 7.16.0.0, i have seen level 11.16.0.0 at another customer.

How can i upgrade the EXP40 and where can i download the files?
