Hello. I have a T23G phone that does not register with the sip server. From the pcap log I can see that it returns "405 not allowed here". I tried to set up the account in many ways but the result is always the same. No problem with sip phones of other brands. Any suggestions ? I attach the pcap. Thank you.

Logoff via Web
Hello,
i would like to log off my desk phone when shutting down the computer.
How could I realize that?
Can one do this over a link of the web surface, similar to a telephone call?

Firewall settings?
Hi.
Imagine a vlan for IP phone only, no rules what so ever which means all traffic will be stopped at the firewall. What rules do I need to create to make the T46G fully functional? Auto provisioning, calls ect.
So far I've come up with the following from wireshark:
TCP:
port 80 to the phoneprovider WAN IP only.
Port 5059-5069 to the phoneprovider WAN IP only.
Port443 to any. I saw once(!) some traffic from the T46G to Amazon AWS.
UDP:
Port 15000-20000 to the phoneprovider WAN IP only.
UDP/TCP:
Port 53 to any, DNS
Port 123 to any, NTP
Am I missing something?

Syslog capturing port status changes?
Sometimes my WAN and PC ports swap from full to half duplex.
Is there a way to capture this information via syslog?
And if so, what facility level would that be?

Screen timeout
I attend a lot of conference calls and make frequent use of the mute function. Because the screen blacks out sometimes, I can't just press the mute button and expect the phone to toggle mute on or off. I have to keep an eye on whether the screen has timed out to determine whether to press the mute button once or twice (once to activate the screen, and once to toggle mute). If the screen has NOT timed out, and I press the mute button twice, the mute function will be back in the same state it was in before I pressed the button at all.
I'd MUCH rather live with shorter battery life, and have the ability to keep the screen on all the time. From reading other posts, I think the screen timing out was added at some point via a firmware update. Any thoughts about helping me with my mute issue?
Thx.

Call history resolved to phonebook
When I receive a call, only the phone number of the other caller shows up. This is true even when the person calling is in my phonebook. Is there a setting somewhere to set the phone to display the name of the caller instead of the phone number? Thx.

[T48g] Missed Call is not resolved thorugh LDAP
Dear support,
I have the following issue on Yealink T48G phones running the 35.82.0.30 firmware:
Missed Calls are not resolved through LDAP when DND is ON.
To be clear:
- When I get a call, my phone rings. If I do not answer the call, then the call is logged as a missed call. In this case the number is resolved through LDAP correctly.
- When DND is on and I get a call, the call is immediately reported as a missed call (which is what I want). BUT: The number is NOT resolved through LDAP in this case.
I found that other people have the same problem too:
http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=40762
Please help me, for my customers it is very important to be able to see who has tried to call them.
Thank you very much!

Device Management Platform CFG Block Management improvements
Hi,
I'm starting to use the Yealink Device Management Platform to manage our Yealink T48S Skype for Business phones (which are all provided with a special beta firmware 66.9.188.1). It works fine, but provisioning CFG blocks is not as intuitive as I had hoped for. Therefore a few suggestions:
1: More operations for Config Blocks
At this moment, you have 3 possible operations after a Config Block is created: "Update to target phone", "Edit" and "Download". It would be handy if this could be extended by some of the following suggestions:
- "Update to ALL devices" to push that config block not only to the selected phones, but to all phones
- "Upload" to make it possible to upload an already created .CFG file with settings and upload it to the Platform
- "Show settings" to give a short list of settings in this config block, without the need to go through all of the settings
2: Make it more visible which settings are modified in a Config Block
If you Edit a Config Block at this time, you have no indication if a setting is a default setting, or if you have already changed it, which makes a big difference if you do not want to overwrite certain settings in a phone. Now you have to Download the CFG-file and see which settings will be pushed to the phones.
This could be made visible by using colors in the Edit-view (for example by setting all items which will not be pushed to the phoned green, while highlighting items which are changed and will be pushed to the clients in red).
Hope some of these suggestions will make it to the next update.
Kind regards,
Bertin Peeters

T21P E2 and power adapters
Hello!
I wanted to ask if the standard equipment of "T21P E2" includes the power adapter, as I find some suppliers which say that power adapter is not included and I wanted to understand if that's always the case or not.
Also, since I have many unused power adapters from old "T20P" and "T22P" phones... are they compatible with "T21P E2"?

Questions about autoprovisioning for T21P E2
Hello! Two questions about autoprovisioning for T21P E2.
1) Does the phone support the old format of provisioning file (the one which was the only one up to firmware series 6x), or only the one introduced with 7x series firmwares?
2) IIRC, the .cfg files were named like "initial number+phone mac address.cfg", with the initial number identifiying a specific Yealink phone model. Since my PBX is a bit old it and it "knows" T21P, but not T21P E2... do their provisioning files differ, in "initial number" or anything else?

Link to reach the forum?
Hello! It was a few years I wasn't active on this forum.
Now, having to reach it again, I had to manually enter http://forum.yealink.com in browser bar, as I'm not been able to locate the link to reach the forum from the main Yealink website (http://www.yealink.com), although this may sound strange.
Could someone please tell me where it is? I missed it!
Is maybe the forum considered obsolete and should I instead open tickets (https://ticket.yealink.com) to ask for questions about Yealink phones?

Conversation History Not Syncing
We are having issues with several users not syncing their call history with Exchange. We can reset the phone to factory defaults and login as the user. The call history will sync for about 12 hours and then stop. The rest of the phone features such as visual voicemail work as expected. The only fix we have found is to reset the phone and login again which will work for about 12 hours. Any ideas?

T46G recovery files
Based on my searching here, seems the only method of obtaining these files is from Yealink admins via private message.

Change admin password by using Device Management Platform 1.0.0.25
Hi,
I figured out how to push CFG blocks to groups of T48S Skype for Business phones, but there is no option to reset the admin password. I only have 3 options:
- Rename "Admin" account
- Rename "User" account
- Change "User" password
I now that by using .cfg files and provisioning these to the phones by ftp, i was able to change the admin password, but in the Device Management Platform, this function is not available. Is there another way to provision the phones with a new Admin password by using this tool?
PS: Maybe it is better to make a new tab in the Support pages for this Device Management Platform, cause it does a lot more than autoprovisioning and i think there will be a lot of questions about it in the future.
Kind regards,
Bertin

W60B base lost sync with handsets
We get 3 new W60B to replace our W56P. After installation first W60B, after some time (day or two) users starts complaining to no calls possible - handset (W56H with latest firmware) say "synchronizing, please try later". Dect base worked good - i can login to web interface, SIP registration are NOT lost, base is good, but connection with handsets is broken (and no sign of it anywhere, except "synchronizing" message).
After base restart everything was good again for day or two, then problem return.
Then i set local log level to 6, disable "ECO mode" on two handsets (we have 5 registered) and still waiting for this problem to export the log file. It was week ago.
Yesterday evening i replace second base to W60B and this morning problem returns with new base (where loging was not set to 6 and every handset uses "ECO mode").
What i shall do? Today i need to replace another one base and i`m afraid of this problem returns.

Problem with T46G
Hi, I have a T46G telephone, until now, it works perfectly. But yesterday, tha screen was black, and when I try to web access, I can't, the user/pass incorrect.
I upgrade the firmware to the last, and tha screen it is fixed, but I can't web access, user/pass incorrect.
I've tried to change pass over provisioning, the pass is changing successful in the other phones, but in the T46G, user/pass incorrect...
After upgrade the phone, I loose the key configuration.
The phone is far from me, how can I change the password or what can I do??
Thanks
