Does anyone else have issues with the UI being sluggish? I know for us we have 16 phones and it's fairly not uncommon for this issue to occur.

T32G Auto provisioning error with encryption
Hi,
Just wanting to see if anyone has found a fix for not being able to encrypt the MAC based configuration file on an older T32G handset.
In the common file are you allowed to use the following:
auto_provision.aes_key_in_file = 1
auto_provision.update_file_mode = 1
Or does the the aes key have to be placed in the common file?
The phone has the latest firmware: 32.70.1.33

Off-Hook Dialtone
Hi There
I am looking to enable the dialtone that one hears when picking up the handset, but when a call is terminated. So when the call is terminated, the active line goes dead as well, so one does not hear the dialtone even when the handset is off the hook. One needs to visually monitor the display of the phone to determine if a call is no longer active.
I want to know if it's possible for the phone to always play the dial tone when the handset is off the hook, even when an active call is terminated, so that the user will know when/if a call is terminated.
Kind Regards
Dalton

T58V - T58A Email and Calendar native apps
Hello all,
I was able to configure an email account in the phone native email app, it only works as IMAP, I was hoping that it would sync the calendar app also, but it does not work.
How can I configure the calendar app in this phone?
Also, how can I delete the an email account from the email app, there is not a delete button, and I don't really want to keep my email in this demo phone

Paging Tone
Hello everybody!
Is there a possibility to disable the loud beep-tone on the phone, which initializes the paging-call? One of our customers uses the paging-function for "emergency-calls" and this loud tone after pressing the short-key for paging is disturbing...
He uses a 3CX v15 and T46G / T42G with FW 28.81.0.110 / 29.81.0.110.
Thank you for any answers!

W52P disable call ended display
Hi
I have a 3CX system setup using W52Ps and T27Gs the way it is setup is 2 ring groups, if unanswered on the first ring group it fails over onto the second ring group. Some of the phones are in both rings groups. On the T27G this fails over seamlessly, unfortunately on the W52Ps it displays 'Call Ended' after the first ring group and then takes a second or so before the phone starts ringing again, is there anyway to disable the phone displaying call ended?

Failed to change provisioning server - W52P
Good afternoon,
I am experiencing difficulties in provisioning the W52P device via TFTP, today I already use it normally. But I'm changing server, but even with reset of the machine the base keeps looking for the old server, even I manually configuring the new server.
I did a test with a model T29P device and it worked normally.
Any idea what to do?
Thank you.

Multicast to PC through PC port
We use a UDP multicast video stream on our PCs. When the PC is directly connected to our network the UDP multicast stream shows fine on the PC. When we connect the PC through the PC port on the phone, the UDP multicast video stream is all jumbled up on the PC and not watchable.
We have both a T21 E2 and T46 phones and tried on both. Neither one works.
Anyone have any ideas?

features.off_hook_answer.enable not working as expected
Hi there
I understand that the functionality this parameter provides is to not automatically answer an incoming line upon lifting the handset (and other methods) and a Line key needs to be pressed. This allows for selective lines to be answered rather than the first one ringing on the phone.
The functionality works as expected however if you lift the handset and then put it back down without selecting a line, you hang up the ringing line.
This behaviour is obviously not acceptable and I suspect is a bug.
I am running Firmware 28.81.0.110.
Thanks
Mike

Dialing codes
i am trying to create a local directory that contain both UK and Ireland contacts. the directory works fine for UK numbers in that the name and number shows up on the phone display, however, Southern Ireland numbers (such as 00353xxxxxxxx) will only display the number but not the person calling.
Anyone come across this before and is there a work-a-round?

T23G and CP860 manual time issue
Hi,
1)I have a problem that i can't set manual time setting on T23G .
I set local_time.manual_time_enable = 1 in provisioining config file, but it still looks like "disabled" in WEB and phone Menu
I tried to set I set auto_provision.custom.protect = 1 and setup Manual time via WEB and phone Menu but it lose settings after reboot.
I had the same issue with T21E P and i knew that they don't have clock chip. Do T23G have clock chip and ability to set and keep manual time?
2) I set manual manual_time_enable = 1 on CP860 and keeps value "enable" but lose date and time after reboot
Do CP860 have clock chip and ability to set and keep manual time?
Thanks in advance,
Dmitry

Replace rule not working for certain prefixes
I've set up hundreds of replace rules without issue, but for some reason prefix 110 and 112 do not work. The replace number is never dialed when I dial 110 and 112 with a replace rule in place.
In the screenshotted example below, when I dial 110, the phone dials 110 instead of 81110. Same issue for 112/81112. However, when I dial 111, 81111 is correctly dialed.
I'm running a T46G with the latest firmware (T46-28.82.0.20). I also experience this on a T21p running 34.72.0.76. I've tried setting up the rules via the web UI and RPS mac specifig cfg. Broken in all cases.
