Phone reboots on Resync when using Open VPN

When phones are connected via Open VPN to a SIP server, performing a resync on the phone will make it reboot, even if there have been no configuration changes.
I believe that it did not do it on previous firmware releases.
This release is 66.81.0.110.

This is obviously annoying so I would like to know if this is a bug and if not what I can do to fix it.

Dial Plan Replace Rule

My phone system requires a 9 before the number being called to dial out. I'm trying to create a replace rule for 911 under Settings>Dial Plan. First I created a replace rule prefix 911, replace 9911. When I dial 911 it does not add the extra 9. Then I created replace rule prefix ([0-9]xx), replace 9$1. This also does not add the 9 in front of 911, but when I dial 511 it will add the 9 and in the history it shows i dialed 9511. Any ideas as to why the phone will not add the 9 in front of 911? I am using T48G's with 35.81.0.110 firmware.

Line doesn't show as in use when cordless user is using line

I have the Yealink w52p setup to connect to my Xblue phone x-25 server. Everything works fine, except for the line in use indicators on the Xblue phones.

When I have one of the function buttons programmed as the extension of the cordless phone, in this case 123, I can use it to call the phone... but it never lights up indicating that the phone is already in use. No matter what, it stays dark.

Is there some basic or advanced setting I'm missing in the account config of the w52p that would fix this?

T21P E2 manual time issue

I have a problem that i can't set manual time setting on T21P E2 .
I set local_time.manual_time_enable = 1 in provisioining config file, but it still looks like "disabled" in WEB and phone Menu

I tried to set I set auto_provision.custom.protect = 1 and setup Manual time via WEB and phone Menu but it lose settings after reboot.

On Yealink T23G it works fine and keep settings.
Is it possible to set manual time and keep it on T21P E2 ?

I need to update with TFTP one of my 165 T23G phones that doesn't boot.
I download T23-44.81.0.110.zip from support download but it contains only T23-44.81.0.110.rom.
Where can i find t23.bin and T23.rfs ?

Does anyone know of a repair facility for out of warranty T48G? The handset works but the touch screen on the display doesn't function. I opened a ticket with USA support but they haven't responded back after 2 weeks.

Odd BLF behavior

I have 5 T46s and one t48s setup w/ BLFs on the same PBX (freepbx) with the same settings both on the DSS Key tab, and the call groups/pickup groups on the PBX, they all use EXT@pbx for their BLF URI as well. but 2 of them don't want to work correctly and I am a bit stumped.

All off the devices are connected remotely to the hosted PBX via openVPN as well.

I've updated the firmware to 66.81.0.110 on the 2 devices that were not working correctly. (the BLF just don't light up)

WF40 No WiFi Adapter Found - T46S(s)

I buy a lot of Yealink Products. Over 200+ phones this year alone via my Vendor. This is the very first time I have found the need to deploy the WF40 WiFi adapter. The results so far are very disappointing and inconsistent.

The long and short of it is this . . . . of 3 brand new T46S phones all running exactly the same Firmware Version of 66.81.0.110 & Hardware Version 66.0.0.128.0.0.0, two of the phones reported the "No Wi-Fi Adapter Found". Luckily for the customer and quite by accident the third phone recognized the WF40 Adapter and easily configured. All Phones had no issues with the BT40 Bluetooth headset confirming it wasn't a faulty USB/hw issue. I tired other (older/lower) FW levels to no resolve.

What gives here????

BLF Auto Connects Calls on Hold

Our company is experiencing issues with the Yealink T23 and T29G. After an inbound call to one of these Yealink models is placed on hold, pressing a BLF key to dial another extension ends up connecting the caller on hold to the BLF-dialed extension. Has anyone here experienced this?

Current Firmware: T29G 46.81.0.110
T23G 44.81.0.104

T41P - Pressing Phone Line to Answer Call

We are looking for some guidance on this issue

A the counter person picks up the handset and answers a call. When he hangs up that call the handset is bouncing and hanging up on the next person who is calling in .

Is there a way to program the phone so when the counter person picks up the receiver he has to push the flashing phone line button to pick up the call?

He would still hang up on the caller when finished by placing the receiver down but when he pick up the receiver to take the next call he would need to press a phone line button to answer the call.

Is there a possibilty to look up a phone number from an incoming call in a directory on the WWW and display the NAME of the caller (Germany) ?

I know the the Gigaset DX600A phone has such a feature.

Hi,

We are currently using T48G model with our SIP provider. However, we are planning to move to SFB very soon and would like to know if all our phones can be easily upgraded (via firmware) to support SFB?

Will this affect the warranty in any way?

Network Directory gives Connection Error

W56H setup. BW XSI fields are populated in configs, the Network Directory ENT/Group/ names are listed on the phone but cannot be accessed. The screen shows red X'd circle Connect Error! when OK is pressed.

Custom Softkey XML Format

Hello,

I have downloaded the Custom Softkey talking.xml file and modified to remove the Hold key while talking to force the user to use the assigned park keys to eliminate confusion.

Can you tell me the header that we must place in the xml file to format correctly??

such as:
#!version:1.0.0.1
or
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="stylesheet.xsl"?>

Unable to access Web GUI

Unable to access any yealink devices from browser...
any browser..
Loads login page but login doesn't do anything -
No Error - Nothing
Haven't attempted to manage a phone via GUI in some time (maybe 6-7 months)
possibly since upgrading to Windows 10.

Windows 10
vipre AV Endpoint security -
also disabled active protection temporarily to see if that helped - No change
disabled AV 100% No change

loads login page fine
entering credentials does not work.

Attempted Chrome
Disabled Adblock Plus - no change
Disabled HTTPS Everywhere - No change

firefox
Disabled all addon's same issue

Edge - No addons
Same issue

IE - No addons
Same issue

attempted mobile android (chrome) as well just to test
same exact issue.

able to load interface so it is definitely working - just not sure what is causing the issue. all our T42G/T46G devices.

other devices like Grandstream GXP2140s working fine.
with addon's enabled

also - Why is forum not https? really LetsEncrypt isn't that difficult - I mean Free?!? - pretty easy to setup!

1 phone on newer firmware:
29.80.0.70 T42G - is working normally - all addons' enabled
checking cache and flushing to see if that helps
