I plugged in my Bluetooth module to the phone and the icon appeared in the middle top of the screen. Since then I received through a new Plantronics Voyager Legend and when I have gone to connect I have noticed the icon has vanished. Now if I remove the USB dongle and plug back in it pops up and asks if I want to scan for BT devices however if I click yes it take me to the correct screen but there is no BT option on the left neither is there one in the top middle?

For quite some time the Yealink T38G model we are using have been giving us a lot of issues. One in particular is not being able to completely dial the whole conference leader or participant code. When we attempt to dial one of these number the operator doesn't seem to accept it or it gives us a message that the number was entered incorrectly EVEN though it was entered CORRECTLY.
We currently only support firmware: 38.70.0.185
FreePBX: 2.8.1.4
Is this a known issue for this firmware version? It is not just happening on one person but everyone who tries to dial in to a conference room. There are days where it works fine.
Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

We have to buy some new phones for our company so we have bought a Yealink T23G model to test this brand, unfortunatelly we immediately have an issue: inbound calls work fine but there is no audio on outbound calls to outside lines!

T20P - No Display
New phone. I setup and test for almost 3 days without a problem. Send it to the client and when he power up, the message indicator is green but no display on LCD.
I instructed him to press the OK button for 10-15 sec but nothing happen

dhcp option 60 seems not to working

recenlty I have modified the configuration of my dhcp server (windows server 2008 R2) to change the vlan throw the option 60 only for particulars devices t
by our networks we created a dedicate vlan for the voip (vlan 2).. the swiches are configured to work the hybrid port.. the defaut vlan in untagged the vlan 2 is tagged... when i manually change the vlan i settings on the phone the phone reached the voip network and than it get the provisioning from the pbx...
what i would like to get is.. when i connected to the network the phone this will contact the default dhcp server (windows) than this server will give the istruction to use the vlan 2 and then the phone will be autoprovisioning without user action..
I have setup this settings for other phones of other brand and this works very well... but I've got problem with the yealink phone.... it does't work... I've used wireshark to capture the vendor id of yealink phone... i get "yealink"....
it is correct this?
can you help me please?

Is it possible to rename labels in Remote Phonebook?
Hi Yealink-Team,
i'd like to rename the Labels in the Remote Phonebook for one of our customer. They have a quite large List of entries and each of them has several numbers. The numbers of an entry are listed as "Number1", "Number2" and "Number3" on the Phone (T46G) currently.
Is there any way to change those Labels? Lets say to "Office", "Mobile" and "Home"?
The current XML looks like this:
I searched for some kind of documentation or a definition for those XML files, but couldnt find anything. Is there any kind of documentation available?

Hi I'm testing the daylightSaving Time in my SIP-T27P and SIP-T29G and I'm having problems with it.
I'm living in Portugal so our DST is :
Starts at (last sunday of March):
Sunday, 27 March 2016, 1:00:00 clocks are turned forward 1 hour to
Sunday, 27 Marchde 2016, 2:00:00 local daylight time instead
Ends at (last sunday of October ):
Sunday, 30 October 2016, 2:00:00 clocks are turned backward 1 hour to
Sunday, 30 October 2016, 1:00:00 local standard time instead
So I configured the following in my phones :
local_time.time_zone = 0
local_time.time_zone_name = Portugal(Lisboa,Porto,Funchal)
local_time.summer_time = 1
local_time.dst_time_type = 1
local_time.start_time =3/5/7/1
local_time.end_time =10/5/7/2
local_time.offset_time =60
local_time.manual_time_enable = 0
local_time.manual_ntp_srv_prior= 1
local_time.ntp_server1 = 10.112.83.158
Where the 10.112.83.158 is my private NTP server where I'm doing tests.
So I changed the date of my NTP server to :

The problem seems in the terminus of summer time.When I set in my NTP server Oct 30 00:59 the phones show correctly the 01:59, but when the NTP server is Oct 30 01:00 the phone remains in the summer time showing 02:00h. Only when my NTP server changes from Oct 30 01:59 (here the phone shows 02:59) to Oct 30 00:00 the phone ends the summer time and start showing the correct time Oct 30 02:00:00.

i have an T46G Phone and a OpenVPN Firewall (Securepoint) wich exports
*.zip-File for a Open VPN SSL User.
Included ins this zip-file are the following files:
firewall_RoadVpn.ovpn
firewall_RoadVpn-ca.pem
firewall_RoadVpn-cert.key
firewall_RoadVpn-cert.pem
The Yearlink-Phone needs a *.tar file, so i convert this 4 files in one.
The Webinterface alerts, that the upload
