T20P v72 software

Where can I download v72 software for the T20P? The support page only has v73.

We just ran into a severe issue with v73 on T20P and T22P phones. Fortunately v72 is still available on the support page for the T22P and a quick downgrade resolves the problem.

The problem with v73 is that when the phone has DHCP + OpenVPN enabled, it stays in an endless loop saying on the LCD that it can't get an IP address. If I disable VPN via the LCD screen all is good. If on the other hand I disable DHCP and set a static IP, all is good as well.

I am not looking for a software fix since these phones are EOL, I just want to be able to download the older v72 and be able to use them properly.

Rapid Incoming calls not connecting

If a second call comes in just after a call was hungup (within 20 seconds), there is no audio and call doesn't fully connect.
This is happening on T41p in STUN/TLS mode on 3cx server with latest v80 frimware. Everything else works great. It is very frustrating.



Any ideas?

Translation in German is wrong!Sad

The Translation of the UI has a lot of wrong translated words like
EN -> DE

Problems with Login in Skype for Business

Hi,

I have upgraded my SIP-T48G to the SIP-T48G (35.7.0.50) UC Edition Firmware. When I try to Login, I cant press the sign in button because it asks me to upload a license file. From where can I obtain the license file ?

W52P Cant save config or make any changes/updates

Greetings, Im attempting to setup a 5th handset on my W52 system.

On H5 sip setup, it wont allow me to save the (valid) configuration. I thought maybe I need to update the firmware of the base as maybe the web interface is flaky. I even tried to reset the base station to factory. Of these last two ideas, when I try them it just says "Talking, please save config later" and nothing actually happens.

Can anyone advise how to overcome this?

T28P with Group Listen

Hi,
I don't know why my speakerphone is all the time in Group Listen mode, I mean during a call I press the speakerphone button an I listen the caller by the speakerphone but the caller only listen me when I speak through the handset.
I have added a key to swith the Group Listen mode, but I can't get out from that mode.
What I need is with Speakerphone I listen the caller and the caller listen to me via speakerphone not handset.
Does it happened to somebody else?

[T48G] Missing "picture_info_enable" Option

Hello,

some our T48G Phones don´t display the caller´s avatar picture because the "picture_info_enable=1" option is missing in the config file.

I have to export the config, add the missing option, import the new config and after all: restart the phone.

Is there a possibility to activate the option via the web ui?

A while back we had a problem (we think) because a CA wasn't supported.

Can you confirm that we can use 'Start SSL' to generate certificates ( https://www.startssl.com/ ) with standard firmware? If not, how do we go about getting it supported, as this is where we source all our certificates...

SIP T20P call dropped after 3 sec's

Hi all,


I'm trying to configure a T20P to be used as a hotline phone (it should call only customers support number). I've managed to restrict it to call only a number by setting (.) as a prefix in Dial Plan + the phone number (on the "Replace" column)

My problem is that any outgoing call is dropped when answered, after 3 sec.
Any ideea why it's dropping the calls?

multicast paging T-19

Hi,

I'm using freeswitch pbx to page using multicast pages from T19P to a multicast IP:PORT. I'm doing this because you cant perform a multicast page from the T19.

What's happening is: the page I'm paging from automatically goes to hold because the multicast IP:PORT is also included on the page I'm paging from, I have to have this address on any phone because we want to page from any phone in the building.

I test it using xlite and it works perfectly all the phones come on and the audio is great without issues.

Is there a way I can disable the call being places on hold from the phone i'm paging from or is this a bug?

EXP39 BLF error

Hi,

I have installed a Yealink T38G with 2 EXP39
I have configured Extensions Numbers with BLF in both EXP39 but the BLF light only works from time to time.
For example:
When I plug the phone, wheter it's with POE or with the power source, all the BLF's light up for a few seconds and then only some of them works. Sudenly, some lights go off and others go up.

How Can i Solve this ?
Is there any incompatibility issue ?
It's happening in several other clients.

I use Yeastar MyPBX U100 and U200.

Forward Calls T38G

Hi,

I have a T38G phone in a Yeastar My PBX environment.
I want to configure the forward all option to different numbers in DSS keys.

For example,

DSS key 1: Forward to extension 1
DSS Key 2: Forward to extension 2
Etc, etc,....

The thing is, the phone only supports one number at a time, so, whenever i want to forward my calls I need to do it manually in the options menu, delete the previous configured number and insert the new one. And repeat this process all the time.

Anyway I can save more than one forwarded number ?

T46G lock up issues

I have T46G phone with (4) EXP40's attached with two power adapters connected to the EXP40. Periodically when the receptionist transfers a call to an extension on the EXP40 the transfer goes through but the T46G locks up. When this happens and you attempt to press any buttons nothing happens, no dial tone, calls ring to back up receptionist and nothing on screen changes for about 30 seconds and than the phones comes alive and you can use it.
The also have stated that when they come in first thing in the morning the phone is locked and wont do anything and they have to power-cycle phone to get it to work. I have included hardware and firmware versions for both the T46G and the EXP40's. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

W52Ps continue ringing after call picked up on other phone

Hi guys, bit of a strange issue here. We've got 5 T28Ps and 3 W52Ps (on one base station) all set to ring on an incoming call, and normally this works fine. However today something strange happened. When a call came in, all phones rang as per usual, except when the call was answered on one of the T28Ps, the W52Ps continued to ring, and ring and ring until the cancel button was pressed on both of them.

Has anyone encountered this problem?

This happened all day until I reset the base station but I did get a pcap from the base station of the problem occurring, if someone could examine it and tell me whats going on that would be great. Let me know and I can send you the pcap.

Limit maximum of active calls per phone

This behavior is the same across several tested phone models: T40, T29G, T46, etc.

If we setup 1 account with 2 Line keys mapped to this Line 1 (account 1), we can receive or make the call by selecting key 1 or 2 (works as expected)

But even if we have 2 calls (1 active and 2nd on hold), phone will receive 3rd, 45th, etc. call. How we can set the limit of active calls per account?

We also tried setting up "call_waiting.enable = 0", but then only 1 call is accepted, even if we have 2 Line Keys mapped to the same account.

Language files for T46G & T48G

In the past I improved translations in other software products as well. If you are interested, please send me a way to submit the translation.

Change label string

Hello,

Sometimes we don't understand the meaning of the string because the string is much bigger than space label, besides, the horizontal aling is "center". We have set spanish language.Cool

Is it possible to change the label string? I know we can change the softkeys label, but I cannot change or I haven't found the way to change the string e.g. when we are in a call and we do the transfer, you see "Desvio Llamada", etc.

T29 Call Pickup Caller ID

Hi

Is there a way to get the original caller ID to display on a phone that uses a call pick up code to pick up an incoming call that is ringing another extension?
When picking up a call that is ringing another extension, we only see the extension number of the phone we are picking up the call from.

I have already changed the "Caller ID Source" setting under Accounts>Advanced to be PAI-RPID-FROM. Doing this corrected the same issue on call transfers but not for call pickup.

We have firmware 46.80.0.25 on T29G phones.

Please let me know if there is a way to correct this.
