I have some problems with my W52P. I can't upgrade to another firmware.
Now I would like to use the recovery mode, but I need the reovery files

I tried to dowload them from http://ftp.yealink.com with user yealinkftp and password yealinkftp, but it doesn't work. Could anyone help me to the correct login credentials of recovery files?

VP530 No sound for caller incoming call
If i am called on my VP530 and i pickup, the person calling doesn't hear me.
I have no problem on the T22P nor on the T20P in my office.
So it is not the line, it clearly is the phone.
I tried different audio codecs, changed the preffered call type and about any other setting in the VP530, but no luck.
Do you have any sollution?

Firmware version 28.80.0.60
DHCP Time = Disabled
Primary Server = 0.ca.pool.ntp.org
Secondary Server = cn.pool.ntp.org
N.B.: i tried the two servers 0.ca.pool.ntp.org and cn.pool.ntp.org on multiple devices and works very well.
the problem is:
- The time synchronizes with the NTP server, but the wrong time is displayed.

T46G Recovery files needed
I've downloaded the T46G firmwarer to reset a bricked phone. Instructions indicate three files .bin, .rfs and .rom are required to be TFTP'd. I only have the .rom. Could you let me know where to get the other files please?

Telify Click to Dial with T20
Is it possible to use Telify click to dial Firefox plugin with the Yealink T20 and if so does anyone know what the Custom URL should be?
I've tried using it with our T48 with no problem but I've tried checking out all of the forum threads to find out about compatibility with the T2x range of phones to no avail.
Quite a few threads indicate that the following URL should do the trick:
http://admin:password@ipaddress/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?Id=34&Command=1&Number=$0&Account=@serveripaddress
I've added my computer IP to the trusted IP under Features>Remote Control .
Any ideas?

I had a phone go wonky and start producing audible hiss, so I backed up it's config (both Config and CFG) and reloaded them on the new phone, but the "values" for both EXT keys and DSS keys were missing.
As I was in a hurry, I just rebuilt the configs by hand (this was our primary reception phone). Once done, I tried exporting configs again to verify none of the DSS or EXT key values were being exported. In the exported config files, all "value"s for DSS or EXT keys are reported as %NULL%.
This seems to be true through the past 5 or 6 versions of the firmware.

T46G Dialing with leading 0 and VPN fails with "Unknown URI scheme"
Hello,
I always get an "Unknown URI scheme" when I dial a number via VPN with leading 0 (all national numbers here in Germany). This only happens with numbers with leading 0. All other numbers work.
This only happens, when VPN is active, I tested with
Phones Syslog shows:
So he tries to makes a DNS query to a DNS server with the phone number (for other phone numbers it does not) and fails.
In fact, when grepping traffic from the phone on the DNS server, I can see that the phone tries to resolve the phone number
For me, this seems to be a bug in the Firmwares. Yelaink: Please correct this, as my customer using this phone cannot dial any Germany national number.
Question: Is there a way to overcome this? Can we somehow disable DNS queries for this case? Maybe through Provisioning?

T48G Ghost Calls
I recently upgraded from a T46 to a T48 at home, but am now receiving 100's of Ghost Calls everyday. I have to leave the phone on DND most of the time and have now filled the blacklist with random numbers.
Allow_IP_Call is already disabled.
I'm running firmware 35.80.0.70
Any ideas how I can block this unwanted incoming calls??
Also now enabled Accept SIP Trust Server Only so will see how that goes.

Allow extension over VPN + local account
So far, when using VPN, I can only use accounts that register to my server on the remote network.
I also want to use a second local account though, where traffic is not going through the VPN.
So far, Yealink phones are not yet smart enough to distinguish between remote and local network.
Please add that feature.

External Call Problem
I am having 10 units of Yealink SIP-T22P managed by Yealink MyPBX 1600 SIP Server.
Recently, the 10 units sip phone having a problem with external call.
When the caller make an external call, the callee is able to hear the sound from the caller, but when the callee reply, the caller cannot hear any voice.
As for internal call, its working fine.

dhcp vlan option 132 - works without settings visible in UI
Hi,
I have just managed to get the DHCP vlan option set and working for T19P E2, T42G & T46G phones.
I have noticed that whilst I can make it work, when I inspect either the phone UI or the web UI, the vlan id is not shown and in fact it reports that the vlan for the wan port is disabled. However the phone does connect on the vlan and works as expected.
Is this a bug?
As I said it seems to work just fine - but fails to report the configuration correctly in the UI.

Admin password changes on T28P
I have a T28P running Firmware Version 2.73.0.50 and once setup the username and password to access the web gui changes and so we lose control of the phone. Is this something anyone has seen and is there a cure.
Unsure if it's just this phone or the firmware as only have one of this model on the site.

IPv6 issues (SIP-T22P 7.73.0.50)

After much trial and error, I was able to successfully configure a IPv6 SIP server.
Some of the issues:
1. DHCPV6 DOESN'T WORK:
Here is what Yealink Support had to say about it on a prior thread (typos corrected for clarity):
":Sorry. Because the limitation of space, T2 series don't (sic) support DHCPV6. But you can assign IPV6 as Stateless Address Autoconfiguration (SLAAC), phone can get IP + prefix + gateway. . . . "

I can understand why DHCPV6 doesn't work on the T22P, however, I could not find a way to enable SLAAC.
Does SLAAC actually work on the T22P? If so, how is it enabled (on the web page).
2. IPv6 WON'T WORK IF AN IPv4 OPENVPN TUNNEL EXISTS.
Networking on the T22P is dual stack (IPv4 and IPv6). After configuring a static IPV6 address that replied to pings from the LAN and the WAN, I configured two static SIP servers for the same account, one over IPv6 and one through an existing IPv4 OpenVPN tunnel.
Regrettably, the phone defaulted to the OpenVPN tunnel for registration and didn't even try an IPv6 connection. Deleting the IPv4 SIP server through the OpenVPN tunnel resulted in no attempt to register with the IPv6 SIP server and a flashing light for the line.
Disabling the OpenVPN tunnel did the trick and the phone registered with the IPv6 SIP server. Calls can now be made and received over IPv6.
As I understand it, IPv6 connections are preferred to IPv4 connections. Was my experience with the OpenVPN tunnel and IPv6 a "feature" or a bug?

I can understand why DHCPV6 doesn't work on the T22P, however, I could not find a way to enable SLAAC.
Does SLAAC actually work on the T22P? If so, how is it enabled (on the web page).
2. IPv6 WON'T WORK IF AN IPv4 OPENVPN TUNNEL EXISTS.
Networking on the T22P is dual stack (IPv4 and IPv6). After configuring a static IPV6 address that replied to pings from the LAN and the WAN, I configured two static SIP servers for the same account, one over IPv6 and one through an existing IPv4 OpenVPN tunnel.
Regrettably, the phone defaulted to the OpenVPN tunnel for registration and didn't even try an IPv6 connection. Deleting the IPv4 SIP server through the OpenVPN tunnel resulted in no attempt to register with the IPv6 SIP server and a flashing light for the line.
Disabling the OpenVPN tunnel did the trick and the phone registered with the IPv6 SIP server. Calls can now be made and received over IPv6.
As I understand it, IPv6 connections are preferred to IPv4 connections. Was my experience with the OpenVPN tunnel and IPv6 a "feature" or a bug?

T41P gets MSG "missing call" instead of ring when called-in
T41p can make phone call. But when somebody calls in, it gets a message "missing call" instead of ringing.
How can I solve it?
