BLF setting

I would like to clarify the BLF setting:
a) The DSSkey with type as BLF and value as #300000 (which is an announcement source)
b) Features /Transfer mode via DSSkey as "New Call"

Are the following understanding correct?
a) When the phone is in conversation with one party, when the DSSkey is pressed, the call will be transferred to #300000
b) When the phone is idle and the DSS key button is pressed, the call will be dialed to #300000

T48G - Phonebook Search

Hello,

where can I configure Phonebook Search to "partial match" or "match from string start"?

So when I type "Andr" I want it to show "Andrea", "Andreas", ... and not "XYZAndrXYZ" ...

Hello,

Got a Button With "History - Local Call Log" configured ... this shows received calls/missed calls/outbound calls ... Is it somehow possible to configure a Button to just show MISSED CALLS?
As they are the most important ones ... ?

CP860 - Yealink Re-seller

Hi,

We have a CP860 we are having issues with.
Do you have any intention of creating a 3cx Template for this device.

In the current configuration the device stays up and can make calls outwards, and can also dial out to add new numbers to a conference but cannot recieve calls directly.

i have attached the extended config and level 5 logs.

We would appreciate a resolution to this as we have tried to make it work for the better part of a few months.

Yealink v80 series Client Certificate NightMare

Hi,

I have a problem with my sip server and new yealink phones.
I was using v60 version phones before. Noq I am using new t2x series phones with v80x firmware.
But When I try to use TLS I was getting Unknown CA problem. I looked at the problem and saw thet new phones sending client certicate and because it is self signed, my server does not verify it.
According to Using_Security_Certificates_Yealink_IP_Phones_V80_60 documents I can not delete these device or unique certificates. And there is not any phone option as do not send phone certificate. Plus I can not change my server to verify if exists to do not verify even the client has certificate.
I have tried to decode client certificate from wireshark and converted der format to pem and hashed it via openssl. Then copied this client certificate to appropriate place on my system. But this did not even work.
Also in the same document it is written to create a custom certificate, but I can not deploy to every phone for every customer.

I was thinking to replace yealink phones with new ones. But why do I have to change my server certificate settings ,why yealink forces me sth like that? I can no afford that.

Is there any easy way for that?
Please inform me about this.

T46G putting calls on hold when transferring

Hi Guys

Please can you assist us with a strange problem we're experiencing with some T46g phones. They are using 2 EXP40 expansion modules and transfer calls using the modules. Calls getting transferred get put on hold rather than transferred to their destinations.

The phones are used to monitor about 80 extensions.

Firmware was recently updated to the latest version (28.80.0.70).

Can we monitor system load or memory on these phones?

Do you know of any other issues that may contribute to the above problems?

Is there a way for us to monitor system load or memory on these phones?

Phone lock by button/application

Hi,

It will be very usefull (at least for us) to be able to protect by a password some buttons or applications.

For example, the call log (History) should be protected as well as the "local contacts" list.

We need it for phone that are used by sensitive person (like big boss) or close to a public area.

Not connecting to RPS

I have tried using several phones. I've made sure the MAC addresses are correct. One of the phones did initially reach out to and get the correct info from RPS. I made a change in the config file that is on the server that I have RPS pointing the phone to, and it no longer will get the information from RPS. I have tried factory resetting the phone and it still will not connect to RPS. Has anyone else run into this?

T46G Firmware 28.80.0.60 disables the intercom auto-answer function

I have tested on 4 different phones now all hardware version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0. When using the intercom between the phones on firmware version 28.80.0.60 the phones just ring. I downgraded the phones to firmware version 28.73.0.50 and they all auto-answer the incoming intercom as expected again.

Any time table for this to get fixed?

Record Button doesn't work with FreePBX

I would like to get the record button to work with my FreePBX system. Using Yealink T23G.
Yealink sends a SIP notify of Record: ON, but FreePBX is no longer accepting that.
Could you get this patched?

Below is what the developers of FreePBX say about this:

The SIP Notify of 'Record: on' requires that the feature code is called 'automon', and we no longer use that (we use our own, smarter, recording monitor, and the name 'automon' is the old one)

redial adding SIP URI failure

We have a combination of T46G and T19 and T41P.

A consistent issue against the T48G when redialling missed calls redialling is adding the SIP URI (@103.55.11x.x) to the phone number eg 0289606500@103.55.11x.x.

This behaviour is unique to the T46 and none of the other office phones. I have compared the phone settings and cant see any meaningful differences with the other Yealink models. The only difference is firmware between the various models.

We are using the defaults on setup.

Firmware 28.80.0.70.

Wishlist Item** Background before call on VC equipment

There is no wishlist for the video phones so will just post it here.

On the VC400/VC120 it would be awesome if you could set a background. A background on the HDMI/TV screen for before you start a call. Just a nice little added feature if a customer could have a nice big logo showing on the TV screen before the call starts.

Jabra Stealth Connection Problem T48G

Hi,

in the past few days I always had a problem connecting my Jabra stealth Headset with our T48G phone, after it was turned off over night.

I can solve the problem when I unplug the Bluetooth Adapter and plug it in again, but I have to scan for the headset again.

This only started a few days ago, before that it always connected.

Most recent Firmware is installed and I dont think the Headset has a problem, because it connects with my Computer instantly.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Wireless Headset Call Answering

When using a wireless headset on a T46G can I answer multiple calls from the headset? Example line 1 rings I answer with the headset. Line two rings can I answer the call from the headset putting line one on hold automatically. Headset are Plantronics and on the supported list with an EHS36 adapter.

A great feature for the T48G would be the ability to the lock all 29 DSS buttons on... so they are on when the phone boots and cannot be turned off.

The wireless W52P phones are no longer able to receive any incoming calls via the main base phone, the SIP-T48G. We have been using the wireless phones as extensions for the desktop phone. Handset firmware number is: 26.50.0.20 and the Hardware number is: 26.0.0.7.

When I go to check on the line status, the message of 'No Matched Line' occurs.

What does this mean and how can this problem be fixed so that the wireless phones can make outgoing calls and receive calls via the SIP-T48G as an extension?
