CP690 stuck at initialising

I have two CP960 phones here that won't stop initializing. Is there someone here who could help me out with a functioning version of the three needed files? (CP690.bin, CP690.rfs CP960.rom)
I tried the older versions mentioned in the thread I linked above, but it didn't work.
Our phones here had the Teams firmware version installed. At least one has version 73.15.1.100.
I am not familiar with the whole conference phone system here, but I got the task to update the phones and make them usable again. I am grateful for any advice really.

lock custom wallpaper T57w

Yealink WH63 - Fading voice
Hello,
We have 15 sets of handset WH63 and phones T42S.
It often happens to some users that when they speak, their voice suddenly moves away for 2-3 seconds and then comes back again (It's as if they leave the handset and then come back again.)
I have reset the phone and handset to factory settings many times and updated the firmware to the latest version. Unfortunately, the problem randomly returns from time to time.
Where could be the cause of this problem?

I use a programable Key as a toggle to set the day / night mode
The key is set as a BLF so as to display that the mode is active or not
This performs as expected Green for Off Red for On
what is confusing is that when On the word talking is displayed below the key details
Is there any way to remove this or rename it to Active
The staff have commented that they find it confusing ( the word Talking )

MP52 firmware update failure
Have tried several times to update a MP52 with newer firmware.
Both 145.15.0.59 and 145.15.0.83 .. update seems to complete then hangs on the Welcome .. Initializing.
I'm doing the update via the web interface file upload option.
If anyone has any thoughts / suggestions?

Firmware update problem T23G and T27G
Hello,
I am currently try to setup some T23G and T27G with our new PBX. Those phones were previously configured by an ISP and their appear to have a custom firmware 44.81.162.2.
I am trying to update to latest official firmware but phones don´t do it. When I do the firmware update, the phone reboots and appear that is doing it, but after reboot, the firmware is in the same version.
I tried to do via TFTP but appears the error "file too large" and cannot update.
Is there any way to force the firmware update to the official?

MP56 Auto Answer Teams Call
Since standard Teams is going away and new teams does not auto answer calls, I have an emergency to get 4 phones setup to auto answer teams calls. I was told by Microsoft that the MP56 would do it. But there is not menu item on the MP56 that allows this feature to be turned on. So how do I get this done?
I tried pulling the config file off of the phone and adding the line features.auto_answer.enable but that did not the trick.
I am reading something Yealink Free Remote Provisioning Service, do I have to do this through this service? Any help is greatly appreciated.

T33G Off Hook behavior

When I pick up the handset it automatically goes to line 1 and there is a dial tone. Is there some way to disable this so that the user has to either dial 9 to grab a line or select a softkey for each line?
