We recently got your W60B system with a W56H and set it up without any problems , but we want to add another phone(a 2nd W56h) to the system on the same line so we can pick up either phone in the office or work shop when the phone rings. Both phones are paired but when the phone rings only one seems to get the signal. If i go Settings > Telephony > default line on handset 2 it says "No outgoing line" while on handset 1 it says our number. is this the problem and how do i set it corrertly ? I have also tried to log in to the W60H through the web brower but username admin / password admin doesnt work even after a fatory reset.

How to Install an App on T58A
Hello around,
i've read some topics around and it seems like an eternal question:
How can I install/deploy an App from an *.apk file?
I've set in my y*.boot-file
and I've set in my app.cfg
no matter whether pm.version is set to standard or special but always nothing happens. The firmware version is 58.85.0.5 (the latest afaik). The telegram-6-2-0 works well from android version 2.5+. My tftp server serves the *.apk-files correctly.
Do you have any suggestions? Which steps have to be carried out exactly?

MVC500 II and CPW90 Wireless mics
Does anyone know how to get the CPW90 Wireless Microphones working on a Teams Room system like the MVC500 or MVC500 II? I have the DD10 DECT dongle plugged into my UC50 camera (as per the instructions) and cannot see the microphones on my M-Touch as available options for microphones?

T58 Audio Issues Via WiFi
Here in my home office I have a Yealink T58A & a T48S connected via WiFi. The audio quality on T58A calls is poor. But calls on the T48S are great. Both phones are in the same room and equal distance from the WiFi router.
I have reset the T58A and the WiFi router but still no improvement on calls. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Low intercom tone volume
I have upgraded an old telephone system and in the new system, I am using Yealink T21P E2 and T40G phones. The old system made three loud beeps when someone called using intercom. The Yealink phones play almost an inaudible tone when calling using intercom. Is there a way to change the behavior of the intercom alert tone? I have found many posts about the same issue but no fix. Ideally, I would like to change the volume and tone.

Yealink Phone Lock settings
Hello! We have a phone which is situated in the conference room. Yealink T48S
We have applied following settings:
phone_setting.phone_lock.enable = 1
phone_setting.phone_unlock_pin = xxxx
phone_setting.phone_lock.lock_time_out = 60
Can we somehow setup that the phone doesn't show the incoming number / contact until we unlock the phone when the phone rings?
At the moment we have to put the phone in DND mode to prevent visitors to see the incoming call contacts.

Increasing data usage?
I have a W60B with 3 handsets connected to it.
When looking at the IP address for the base unit in our firewall I notice that the unit has SIP traffic every 2 minutes to our VOIP provider. The amount of data that is sent and received every 2 minutes increases, the last communication was 576.30 MB sent and 337.16 MB received. This was an increase from 576.28 MB and 337.15 MB two minutes prior.
When looking at the data this unit has sent and received over the last 24 hours the numbers are: 204.24 GB sent and 119.48 GB received.
I can reboot the phone, the amount sent and received drops but the process starts over and gradually growing every 2 minutes...
Is there a configuration setting that could be causing this and if so what should I be looking for?
All of our other Yealink devices do not exhibit this issue, just this W60B base (which is our only W60B on site). There may be some growth in data sent and received on other deceives but that growth is MUCH smaller.

VP59 - Teams-to-Teams Federated User issues
External Federated users functionality in teams doesn't seem to be working properly

External Federated user shows as Unknown user in the recent calls tab, even tough the user is in my contact list

when I select the same contact that has the issue above in my contact list I can see its name and e-mail, but there is no call option, calling functionality works fine but has to be started by the other party and call to external federated users can be started from the VP59 but you have to go to the recent calls and click on the "unknown user" described in issue #1, that way I can call the external federated teams user
