Push xml with firmware 84 - 403 forbidden always

Using curl (or MS-Windows C++) I'm unable to push xml to my T27G as I just get a 403 forbidden always.

I have my admin web password and remote control password set the same. I have action uril allow IP set to any. What else do I need to do to allow server initiated push xml?

Or has basic authentication for push xml been removed? And only MD5 is supported now?

Audio codecs

Hi,

I have a problem with 1 handset, it can't make or recieve calls.
When i enter web interface, i notice that there are no codecs for the account.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Yealink T46s "Obtaining IP address" Sonicwall

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue where my Yealink T46s phones (multiple) are taking a long time to obtain an ip address. Sometimes it just does not pick up an ip address at all.

Router: sonicwall

When looking at the sonicwall DHCP status I can see it hands out the ip address for like 2 seconds then the IP address disappears from the sonicwall dhcp list. It keeps doing this for about 2-3 minutes.

After about 4-5 minutes finally picks up an ip address.

I have plugged in other IP phones different brands and they all pick up an ip address right away. All my internal computers, wifi devices all pick up ip address with no issues.

* I have tried a basic home router and the phone does pick up an ip address with no issues.

I am running Wireshark captures and this is what I am seeing below.

Cannot access from Chrome

Hi,

Trying to access the T46G webserver in Chrome browser, I get the message/page:

This page isn’t working
192.168.1.122 sent an invalid response.
ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE

Can anyone help?

I have inherited a number of T46Gs from a company merge. I am trying tofactory reset but the device seems to keep loading it's previous config from somewhere.

Hw can I factory reset and avoid the phone reloading it's previous setup?

Some calls missing from Paced Calls History

Hi,

On T58A (but could be the same on other models), some calls are missing from "Placed Calls " on Calls History.

I investigated this bug and found out that these calls are missing from history only when they are placed by first typing number in keypad then click on "send" or typing on "spekerphone key" on keypad.

When first you type on "speakerphone key" then compose number, you can find the placed call in history. Identical when first you take the line then compose number.

But when you first compose number: the call never appears in calls history (even if the call is well done).

Is there a way to have this kind of composition appears in call history?

In my Teams dashboard I see that 58.15.0.87 is available to download/apply to my devices, but I don't see that posted on the T55A teams page yet. Are there some release notes for this new firmware?

after migrating to YDMP version 3.4.0.10, taking screenshots not possible anymore

Hi everybody,

has anyone upgraded to YDMP version 3.4.0.10 any recognized, that the Screencapture feature is not working anymore?
It takes ages when taking a screenshot and nothing happens. This has been working in version 3.3.0.0.

Action URI for W60B

Is there any possible way you could add an action URI to W60B please.

I am currently using the "Register Failed" with great success to enhance my pbx security and would love to be able to use it with the W60B too.

Basically, by default I use iptables to block all access to port 5060. My phones then fail to register and call an action uri https://somedomain.com/unlock.php?unlock-key=<some key>&mac=$mac

This then whitelists the external IP of the phone. Unfortunately, currently I cannot add clients who only use W60Bs to this PBX.

It would be a great addition.

Web Gui Locked Up

We have over 300 T21, T23G & T29G mixed all over our network. The problem we are facing that is at times the web gui just locks up. We have to bound the port (all poe) to get the phone to reboot before we can access via the web gui. We have factory reset on many of these phone and let auto provisioning configure the phones upon reboot but a few weeks/months later, we are agaom unable to access the phone via the web gui. Very frustrating, any advice Yealink?

No LDAP entries from "objectClass = contact"

I have a W60B phone. Configured LDAP phone book. Contacts tightened. But I found that contacts appeared only from "objectClass = user". From "objectClass = contact" nothing pulled up. They are not in the list. But when you try to search by phone number - the contact is. Checking the list for "CN" - nothing. How to configure to list phones from "objectClass = contact"?
My settings:
LDAP Label:
LDAP Name Filter: (|(cn=%)(sn=%)(gn=%)(o=%))
LDAP Number Filter: telephoneNumber=%
Server Address: xx.xx.xx.xx
ou=XXX,dc=XXX,dc=XXX
...
LDAP Name Attributes: cn sn gn

I'm downloading the latest 085 ROM for the CP960 - it's 299MB. Chrome estimated a download of over two hours! It's still got 25 minutes left...

In the meantime, I've just downloaded the older 045 ROM from our SharePoint document library and it took about a minute so it's not our end.

So support.yealink.com is about 100 times slower... any chance you can give the hamsters driving the site a bit of a boost? Angel

Unable to upgrade to 085 ROM

I've just downloaded v085 (which took 2+ hours!) and it won't upload. Reports that the ROM is invalid:

I download it twice on two different computers/different internet links because it was going slow - both downloads are identical using fc.exe; so it's unlikely to be a bad download.

Any chance an MD5 checksum could be supplied?

I was attempting to upgrade from v020 ROM

CP960 on Panasonic KX-TDE100

I recently connected a CP960 to my existing Panasonic KX-TDE100 phone system. I can call out and receive calls to either other extensions or outside lines.
When I try to use the conference call feature on the CP960 I can get through to the first number (extension or outside line), but get "temporarily unavailable" for the next number (extension or outside line)

Needing to remove the SfB firmware

Have a cp960 that was re-flashed and licensed for SFB. Come to find out, that after that, it has removed SIP ability with call carrier/phone system. So I am looking to revert back to OOB default firmware, but when I try to install it errors and says "Firmware Update Failed! Please import SIP license to continue..."
