Hello,

Not sure if this is a configuration, permissions, or bug issue. Under Device Manager > SIP Device List, if you click the "More" button you get an extended search box. If you drop down the sites list, and select more than one site, and search you get told you are not logged in. The getList script returns a notauthorized message.

However, just selecting a single site entry works without any issues, even if selecting the same sites that were selected in the multiple selection.

T42s and Sennheiser D10 USB

The "Tested headset list compatible with Yealink IP Phone V8.1" document states the T42s supports Sennheiser d10 USB wireless headset. But I can't find any instructions on how to use the headset with that phone. The document says direct connection so I'm not using the EHS like I have with other phones.

After plugging in the base station is says Unrecognized USB Device. FW 66.84.0.80.

I've also heard back from Sennheiser that they are not compatible. They suggested the 52s. Which is a Dect phone? Dodgy

Hello!

I'm currently testing and comparing the T55A & T56A models for SFB Online & Teams as my organization prepares to migrate to Teams and upgrade about 60 desk phones.

For anyone who has experience with the T55A -- have there been any issues with the silver, plastic holder that the phone received rests on (also used to disconnect calls when hung up)? We're wondering if we can expect these to hold up for 3-5 years, and curious if they might be replaceable in the event that they break.

Also, for anyone who has deployed the T55/T56 models for Teams -- how have the phones worked out for you?

Caller Name Lookup

Hello,

i want to get the caller name from our crm system and show it in the phone display when a incomming call is established.

With Action URL i can send the caller id to my crm system that is working but how to send the caller name to the Phone?

I do not find any Action URI or Push XML parameter to set the caller name for an incomming call.

I also tried remote phone book but we have 10000 user in our database and it seems that the phone can not make a lookup at each incomming call.

For me that this is an essential feature. Is there any way to realize that?

WiFi USB dongle WF50 connected to desktop phone T41S
No WiFi registration by 2.4 Ghz WiFi band - channel 13

When power is interrupted, and power is up again, the WiFi connection will not be established automatically.
However the WiFi is set already more early within the T41S phone.

By changing the WiFi channel within the router to e.g. channel 1, the WiFi connection shall be accomplished again.
And still remains connected when you return back to channel 13.

Channel 13 may not be supported in certain regions of the world.
And for that reason the WiFi dongle does not respond to this with a new registration.
It is strange however that it will continue to work, by first going back to channel 1, and then choosing channel 13 after.

Which WiFi channel does or does not offer support in certain regions by the regulations of a country,
seems more a matter for the settings for a router or Access Point device, and not for a WiFi Client accessory.

Please adjust your firmware so that channel 13 is also supported for a new/fresh registration.
