Hello,
Currently, I'm using an old auto-provisioning mechanism.
Now I'm trying to switch to new mechanism, but the phone is not requesting mac_Security.enc files after downloading y000000000000.boot file.
Here is my .boot file. Please help

Firmware flash not possible on T58A-Teams

Hi everybody,

I had to switch from Teams Edition to SIP because we changed the phone provider.

After a long journey to get the .bin and .rfs files, the phone won't flash.

TFTP Log for uploading the .rom says: "Peer returns ERROR <File too large> -> aborting transfer".

I got this error with all T58A-Firmwares I tried, even with the original one.

Proxy configuration

Hello
we can't set up proxy settings in the phone.

We exported the configuration to a Cfg file and then modified this file to add the following parameters

We have mported this configuration successfully and reboot the phone. When we export again the configuration we can see that our parameters has not been taken into account here is the result of the configuration exported

We are now experimenting with Yealink phones and their YMCS.

About the W60B and the W56H

Is it currently possible to get screencaptures of the handset like I do with the deskphones we are testing?

According to http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=276
The base and the handset are not listed but i would like to double check/confirm.

Device Groups not visible to other users

Working with a customer, in their Cloud Device Manager, I created a couple of Groups to be used for firmware testing and such. However when they look in the list, they cannot see the groups I had created. When they created groups, I can also not see their groups either.

What are we doing wrong?

HI, we are testing a T58A Teams Edition with latest firmware of end of November and is working quite well.
Now we bought a CAM50 extension to test video calls with Teams only to realize the phone completely ignore the cam making video calls impossible.
We were expecting at least to see the person on the other side of the video chat on the screen, but this doesn't happens too.
Are we making something wrong or is this a non supported feature? In this case, when are you going to support that?

Hello,
Yealink has set up *90 for us to allow us to speak with someone without them having to pick up the phone. To me, having to remember a number is archaic as my Rolodex. Is there a way to program it in a soft key on our Yealink T46S phones?

Hallo all,

I have a T48S sitting here on my desk.

Is there any way of deleting uploaded ringtones via the telephone UI oder the web admin interface?

The reason is, is uploaded 3 custom ringtones, one is corrupt and it seems that I cannot upload any more tones due to space limitations.

Is there any chance to update the EHS36 when you only have a T41P?

I use the T41P & EHS36 with a Jabra 920 PRO and have no phone control.
When I set the Jabra to DGSG it doesn´t work anymore, only with Auto detect it works, but when I press the button on the headset it only shuts off and on (blue light on /off), but I cannot take or end a call with the button.

T45 BLF linekey.x.extension syntax for type 13

Looking for information to program a BLF to dial a number, then an extension. Currently, my code looks like this
linekey.16.label = Lucie
linekey.16.type = 13
linekey.16.value = 6135559518
linekey.16.line = 1
linekey.16.extension = <12>258#

I get it to work occasionally, but probably need to tweak the <12> value but can't find it's usage definition. Is it the number of seconds to wait before sending the DTMF 258 code? If so, measured from when?
