CP960 no wifi after putting in Teams Firmware

Hi,

We bought this device thinking we will have wifi connectivity but after putting Team's firmware there is no wifi settings??

Why is that?

Multicast paging on T5 series Teams

Is there anyway to do multicast paging using an Algo Adapter or by wiring directly into the handset? I don't see anyway to modify the hookon/off features or enable multicast on the teams firmware.

Our plants have Bogen or Valcom equipment and I am not seeing anyway to do this.

Any suggestions?

CP920 always busy

Hello members,

I hope u can help me:
We got a CP920 which can call internal and external numbers without problems.
But calls to the phone always end up with a busy signal.
The phone then displays a missed call.
The SIP-Server (Auerswald) shows 0.01 seconds for the calls.

Firmware is uptodate

Hellow. I need include 2 OU for search on LDAP.

My work example: OU=FDO,DC=fdo,DC=local

I need add OU METTEM-M, but my examples not worked. Possible add second OU?

I try:

"OU=FDO,DC=fdo,DC=local", "OU=METTEM-M,DC=FDO,DC=local"

And

OU=FDO, OU=METTEM-M,DC=fdo,DC=local

But not worked.

CP960 Teams Shared Mode

I've setup a Room resource account and assigned it a Meeting Room license for Teams following Jeff Schertz's guidance. When I log this account into our CP960 running 73.15.0.45 I'm not prompted to choose if the login is Shared or Personal like described in pages 11 through 13 of the "Yealink_CP960-Teams_edition_User_guide_V15.45.pdf" linked below.

Does anyone know how to get the account switched over to Shared mode? As it stands the user is defaulted to personal mode which allows any user to delete bookings from the room resource calendar.

Experts,

When I pick the head set and then dial number only first 3 digits works. Is there a way to change that?

When I type number and then pick headset all works fine. I am trying to fix the prob;em when I pick the headset and dial out number. Thank you

Device Manager API call for models

I'm not sure if this is the right area as I didn't find anything specifically on APIs with Device Manager.

When querying Device Manager for the list of models (api/open/v1/manager/model/getList), I am not getting back any results. Per the API documentation, it says we can also supply a optional filter (Boolean) to show only models of devices we already have in Device Manager, or all devices.

Regardless of if I call the API as any of the following the results are the same:
  • api/open/v1/manager/model/getList
  • api/open/v1/manager/model/getList?filter=true
  • api/open/v1/manager/model/getList?filter=false
  • api/open/v1/manager/model/getList?filter=1
  • api/open/v1/manager/model/getList?filter=0

The results I end up with are always

I don't get any errors, or signature issues, just no data. What am I missing?

Unable to bring up dial-pad in call (URGENT!)

I've just upgraded my client's four Teams phones to the latest firmware: CP960-73.15.0.45.rom

However, they have reported that once they have established a call, there is no way to get the dialler back so they can enter enter (for example) a conference code to join a meeting.

How do they bring up the dial-pad during a call?? This means the phones are currently nearly useless as they are used primarily for conference calls.

My immediate thought was to downgrade the firmware to an older version CP960-73.15.0.38.rom but when I try this, it fails to upgrade with this error: https://i.imgur.com/tc8Qdsh.png

T58A - How to nstall android instead of Skype for Business

I have installed the firmware for SfB.. inadvertently.
How can I reset to android?

I already tryed to upload the firmware "T58-58.84.0.15" but the upload failed (see attached image).

Which params go where...

Hello All,

I have 2 files, the y0000.... and the {macaddress}.cfg. Some configuration parameters go in the y0000 and some in the mac address.

I've had such a hard time figuring this out. Looking at the administrator guide, they seem to lead you to believe that a particular parameter goes in a particular file such as....

According to this image, I'm lead to believe the parameter should go in the y000.. file. However, I added the parameter to the y0000 file, rebooted a phone and the parameter didn't take. So I added it to the mac address file, rebooted the phone and the parameter took. Thus my confusion...

Is someone able to clear up my confusion?

Firmware x.84.0.80 and Yealink RPS

Hello,

Reading the release notes of firmware x.84.0.80, it mentions the following:
"Yealink Device Management Platform and Yealink Management Cloud Service are not supported by T40P/T40G/T23P/T23G/T21(P)E2/T19(P) E2IP phone".

Does this relate to only the self hosted DM platforms? Will the Yealink RPS service (https://dm.yealink.com) keep working going forward for these models?

Testing with a T21P_E2, it would still connect to https://dm.yealink.com, but I would appreciate an official response from Yealink Smile
