Remote PhoneBook format for several models

Hello,
we are trying to implement the Remote PhoneBook funcionality, but after reading several documentation files, we found that there are a number of diferent "formats".

We currently have the following models : T-19P, T-21 ,T-23P, T-23G ,T-28P ,T-28G ,T-38G.

Is there a way to build a Remote PhoneBook that uses several departments and displays a menu with their names allowing do better organize the phone numbers, and use that file for all these diferent phone models?

3CX + W60B + W56H

Hello everbody,
We use a 3CX voip phone system in our company in combination with the W60B deck and 5 W56H phones.
All regular except for one thing we can't figure out if it's 3CX switchboard or W60B configuration fault:
once an incoming call is accepted and passed from one user to another, the W56H of the user who passed the call does not ring to the other incoming calls, until the first call is terminated. That is, with an active call on one of the 3 lines we have, 3 phones ring instead of 4.

Busy Lamp Field

Hi,

We are a Genesys PureConnect (formaly Interactive CIC) Intergrater and we had a question of one of our customers if we could user Yealink Phones.
Connecting the Phone to the system is easy enough but they want to use several keys as a Busy Lamp Field.
I do not get them working.
Can you tell me how to configure this, or what documents to read?

Other RIngtone for internal callforwarding

Hello there,

we have 3 yealink W52P and 6 T48S telephone devices.

If we call the central number, all telephones will ring - thats good as well.
If the call is for our drivers, we have to tranfer the call to our mobile devices.
Is it possible, to set an other ringtone on the mobile phones, for an internal transfer?

I tried to set it in the device settings for ringtone by an internal call.

But that doesnt match!

We use a askozia pbx server as a telephone server, can someone help me with this issue?

Can I do Auto Answer on DD10K/Line2 but NOT line1?

Line1 is the base - which is a T54 that has the DD10K USB DECT adapter. The cordless W53H are using line2, line3, and line4 registration off of the T54W.
I want to insert the below config on line2, 3, and 4, but NOT on line1 (the T54W)

auto_provision.handset_configured.enable=1
custom.handset.auto_intercom = 2

Our pbx does have a w52p.cfg and a w60p.cfg, but not a w53h.cfg for the handset.

I can't use MAC-ADDRESS.cfg, because the phone only uses one MAC-ADDRESS.cfg in our pbx - the MAC of the T54W.

Or should I ask in the T5X forum?

Does the T38G support multiple departments in a single Remote PhoneBook?

The file generated the Yealink PhoneBook Generator gives the error "Load Remote phonebook error".


Firmware version: 38.70.0.221

PS:
Can i use the y0000000000xx.cfg for auto-provisioning this phone?

T56A SFB Can't search personal contacts?

We're deploying T56A SFB phones, and our users are unable to search their personal contacts from the phones. They can properly search organizational contacts (meaning contacts / users that are in the Exchange GAL), but not contacts that are in their Exchange mailbox. Both personal and GAL contacts are properly searchable in SFB, but only the latter show as results on the T56A. It's unclear to me from the documentation if this is by design or if it's actually breaking down somehow.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Possible to answer parked calls from W60B wireless phone?

Hi.

I have a client using a W52P phone as a demo which looks like it will fit their needs.
However, I was wondering if the phone is able to pick up parked calls?

I did note that our Asterisk PBX provider provides the *70 (park a call in an available spot) and *71+park spot # to pick up a call at a specific spot

What I need to know, however, is if it is possible to assign a specific monitored parking spot so the client can just press a button to park or pickup the parked call?

T58V Firmware

Hey,

I tried to update my T58V to the lastest firmware, however it appears I have installed a Skype for Business ROM.

I cannot for the life of me find the Original ROM to use with my PBX.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

T5x models - differences T58A (rev), T56A, T57W?

Hello,
I'm a little bit overwhelmed by the number of different models available in the T5-series.

1) What's the difference between T58A and its hardware revision 2? Some retailers offer both.

2) What's the main difference (regarding features) between T56A and T57W?
- The T56A seems like a stripped-down version of the T58A, without video (also no incoming SIP-video calls?) and door phone features.
- The T57W seems very similar. Lower screen resolution, and seemingly Linux-based instead of Android.

T48G, EHS36 and Plantronics CS510

I purchased the EHS36 adapter for use with my T48G and Plantronics CS540 wireless headset. I can use the Plantronics headset but only if I manually push the headset button on the T48G AND the button on the plantronics headset/ear piece. I cannot simply press the button on the plantronics headset/ear piece to pick up a call, or hang up a call. I did research and found the following document that indicates the T48G with the EHS36 adapter is in fact compatible with the Plantronics CS540 but I cannot get it to work unless I manually press buttons on the T48G to send the call to the headset, or hang up the call. This defeats one of the primary purposes I use a headset, so that I don't have to walk up to the desk phone to answer a call or hang up a call.

Hi Team!
Is there any possibility in W52P of external control of equipment via http requests - like this is implemented in T21 and others.

In the web interface there is no way to configure allowed addresses. Via provisioning cfg too..

W60B "refused to connect"

I was able to set this unit up with no problems, but a few days later I need to add another handset and the base refuses to connect via the web portal. I am able to see the IP address from the handset that it registered, but when I try to connect to it via a web browser I get an error that the IP has "refused to connect". I have tried a factory reset with no change. I am testing these units for deployment to over 300 users, if this is a continuing problem then I guess I'll just need to return them. I am using these with Zoom. The Zoom console says that the system is online, the only thing I can't seem to do is connect to the base, which seems to be a requirement to add additional handsets to the base.

T58A SIP to Teams firmware then back to SIP, Failed

Hi Team, I Need help.

I have a T58A with SIP rom that I flashed to the Teams rom for testing, no problem every thing worked.

I am done with testing and want to go back to SIP firmware however phone is rejecting firmware even via TFTP/USB flash.

I have then attempted to use TFTP recovery files, That I have from my distributor the .bin and .rfs files along with the rom, but this also fails.

I presume the fail is because the phone thinks the firmware is too large. the TFTP response from peer (being the phone) is "file too large" and rejects it, it will download the .bin and .rfs files no problem.
