Can we disable call forwarding

Currently users using T46S can go to phone's menu - features and setup and enable/disable call forwarding. Can we limit users from doing this?

EHS36 Firmware via T46G - User Name Password

Hi

I am attempting to upgrade an EHS36 firmware via a Yealink T46G System Handset. I have followed forum information and found your link (ftp://ftp.yealink.com/00.Firmwares/EHS-E...0.205.rom) to download the advised firmware for the phone but am being prompted for a username and password. This is not the same as my Forum log-in and was hoping you could share this information with me so I may proceed.

T58A red light flashing

Hello,

my T58A has a red LED blinking all the time, but I have no idea for what reason! The phone doesn't show any warnings or messages on the screen.
Any suggestions?

- the only active SIP account is registered
- the default password is changed
- no missed calls or voice mails
- current firmware

Firmware update failed, any options?

So we were setting up the phones, and someone pulled the plug on a T46S while it was updating. Now, it has a firmware update failed, bad read on URL. We tried to TFTP from safe mode, but then an error comes up about the file being too large? We're trying the same file from USB, but now it's sitting there "Start Updating..."

Any other options we can try to get the phone back?

CP960 Teams Admin Password wrong after upgrade

We just updated to 73.15.0.38 and were very excited to be able to use the new hybrid mode. It works very well and makes the device even better! We were able to get the phone provisioned to our SIP system and everything works perfectly...

However, after the update we're no longer able to log in to the web UI with our admin password. I don't recall changing it during the update/provisioning process...

Any ideas?

Our Teams version is 1449/1.0.94.2019043004
Calling version is 2019.15.01.7

Partner APP Version: 1.15.0.19043023
Company Portal Version: 5.0.4295.0

T46S - call forward target (number) on display

Hi All,

Is there any way on T46S to the get the Call Forward target number visible on the display?

Currently I can only see an indication that the phone has call forwarding active (the small orange curved arrow on top of the display) and when I want to know where the phone is forwarded to I have to go via the menu.

Bug on XML Browser Image display

I was using the following XML to display an image in the screen of several T46S phones.

The image has 480 x 270 pixels and was displayed "fullscreen"(Despite de fact it was using mode="regular") with soft keys on it. I cannot use mode=fullscreen because it hides the softkeys.

After upgrading from firmware 66.83.0.35 to 66.84.0.15, the image was occupying only half of the screen, the center part of it(Both aligns middle)

W52P Dect Interface "Settings" is missing ?

Hi there,

I want to upgrade the firmware of Yealink W52P Base.
We have a W52P Dect Basis with 3 Handsets.
I can log into the interface over web browser (MS Edge, Google Chrome).
Then the menu point "Settings" is missing.

Please find attached the screenshots.

Could you please help me with this issue?

I factory defaulted my T58A, but then it just kept rebooting over and over. Is it possible to get the T58V.bin and T58V.rfs files anywhere?

T21P E2 attended transfer caller id name in history

Hi everyone!

I'm writing provision configs for our office telephones Yealink T21P E2
Everything working fine, except one thing:

After attended call transfer
A(calling, ex 7778899) -> B(secretary) -> C
on phone C caller id printed as "Secretary 7778899"

After call end on telephone C i go in History, and see: Secretary (w/o number)
if i go to history details for this call, i see number: 7778899

How should i change my config files, so after attended transfer on telephone C will be only number 7778899 (w/o "secretary"), and in history there will be only number 7778899 ?

Somehow i did this once, and now i can't find correct set of config parameters...

my config (selected parts):

att Transfer and callod

Good day, my problem:
Telephone 12345 calling to ext 1000, pickup and att transfer to 2000.
rpid succes recive and i see number 12345.
But in call log i see 1000.
Telephone VP-t49g

i try command:
transfer.save_initia_calllog.enable=1
features.save_init_num_to_history.enable = 0

i trying another version firmware, but no....

Pls help.

The three phone are configured in a 3CX phone system, manually (with the WebGUI) cause the codes above don't seems to work for the moment.

It is realy important!! it's a request from one of my client.


It is possible to make the phone ring when the second account receive a call over the first, even if there is a call in or if there are calls in the queue?
(not just ringing in the ears but really the device ... In other words, at the old-fashionned way. My client had a Toshiba phone sys before and it was doing it.)


My client is a medical clinic. And there is an emergency line that local hospital call if they want to talk to a doctor in this clinic AND its an emmergency line.

I have programmed an inbound rule that sends it directly to the extension 111 when you dial the emergency phone number.


To be sure to get the attention of receptionists, my client asks me to program the device to ring if the emergency line receive a call even if the receptionist is online.


For example, I programmed two extensions (284 and 111) on the same device.


284 is an agent extension.

111 is a redirection extension.


(on the phone dsskey)

linekey1 = 284

linekey2= 284

linekey3= 111

...

So, if I am on a call on the extension 284 and I receive a call on the second line (so on ext 111) I would like the device to ring over the call.

For now we only hear a small beep and the '' linekey3 '' button is blinking saying there is a call on the second line (on the ext. 111) but my client wants it to ring, with another ringtone (ex. ring4.wav) over the current call.

I tried to do a "RG" but since the receptionists all have a queue, the "RG" do not even happen it falls directly into the "destination if no answer"

(sorry for the bad english and expressions, I'm from Quebec and french lol)

W60B - manually flash firmware?

I have a Verizon W60B that is basically a paperweight. Works great, but the WebGUI is disabled apparently, no SSH access either....

Is there no way I can flash the stock W60B firmware onto it?

I have the W56HZ connected to my W52P - but I want to use the W60B for something other than collecting dust

Maybe just sell it on eBay if there really is nothing I can do with it Angry

W56HZ firmware flashed to generic W56H with no issues and is working great with the W52P and W52H I already had, I just want to use the W60B base but can't change any settings Sad
