Hi All,

I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I have yet to find an answer. With an attended transfer, the callerID of the original caller is not retained. I have honestly tried everything from setting it to send RPID on the phones, pbx etc and upgrading to the latest firmware.

I'm running a freepbx 14 setup and I'm running yealink t46s and yealink t46g's.

Anyone managed to sort this out?

I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I have yet to find an answer. With an attended transfer, the callerID of the original caller is not retained. I have honestly tried everything from setting it to send RPID on the phones, pbx etc and upgrading to the latest firmware.

I'm running a freepbx 14 setup and I'm running yealink t46s and yealink t46g's.

Anyone managed to sort this out?

Ubuntu 16.04 Bluetooth Headphones

I have Bluetooth headphones Sony WH-1000XM3 and Ubuntu 16.04. I have successfully Paired the device but cannot change profile to a2dp. No matter what I did it keeps failing with the message "Failed to change profile to a2dp_sink".

Wrong Password after fimrware upgrade

Hello,

I'm having a issue with the new firmware and the T23G if I manually configure a phone and then change the password, after upgrading it I loose the access completely to the phones, and the only option I have is to reset the configuration and reconfig from scratch.
However if I apply the configuration by autoprovision the password remains the same.
I tried with several phones and configuring from different PC and browsers with the exact same results, that's why it seems strange to me that nobody mentioned it before

Does retire 3DES affect T48S?

Microsoft announced a change in Skype4Business regarding encryption:

"Office 365 Skype for Business will retire 3DES starting July 10, 2019"
As previously communicated (MC171089) Office 365 Skype for Business is planning to move all of our online services to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+ to provide best-in-class encryption, and to ensure our service is more secure by default.
As part of this plan, we’ll be retiring 3DES beginning July 10, 2019.

Does this affect the functionality of "Yealink t48s"?

Feature Request - Easy Star Connection button

Hello Yealink team,

We have 2 large conference rooms with the CP960 each which we like to connect using the Star Connection config, however, there's not an easy way to switch the slave in and out of Star mode. Our primary phones are ShoreTel models, so we can't use DHCP Options for the Yealinks we have deployed.

A person has to be there in person to enable Star mode on the slave. Can there be a way someone as an admin can remotely enable / disable star mode?

If not, is there a way that a speedial / virtual key be used to enable/disable star mode?

I love Yealink and will always be a fan!

Skype Device Update

Hi I have 30 T58's that are running firmware 55.9.0.2 and 30 that are on 55.9.05, I want to use the Skype front end server to get them all on the same firmware. I have the 55.9.0.5 cab imported and it shows in the Device Update tab in the Skype control panel. I reboot the phone or leave it idle overnight while signed in and it never updates to 55.9.0.5, in the logs I never see the phone make a request for the updated firmware.
Wondering what the issue is, I have old LPE devices that are getting updated firmware without issue so I don't think it's the front end server that is the issue.

BTOE 3.4.0 - Cannot verify digital signature.

Hello,



When attempting to install the BTOE 3.4.0 connector, some machines are spitting out an error for the BTOE Enumerator stating:

"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"



This error disables the use of the connector and can only be installed if I DISABLE secure boot mode. I've tried to manually add the cert located here but I am having the same issue. Againt, this only happens to a selected number of test machines. Others installed fine without an issue.



The end goal is to run a silent install script so we can deploy to all end-users. However, this digital signature seems to be getting in the way, even when attempting to install by directly running the MSI.



Any help is greatly appreciated.

SG300-52P + LLDP + SmartPort Auto

Good day,

I have a problem with SmartPort settings and how macros applys to the port.
I have a working Auto Voice VLAN configuration. Is a phone attached to a port the macro (ip_phone)changed the settings and phone is in the correct VLAN. But when there is a phone connected and also a PC on the same port the switch detect only the phone and bring up the ip_phone macro. But I'm expecting the ip_phone_desktop macro. Is there any way to check whats going on or how I can see how the detection works.

Yealink W56H with W60B Phonebook connect error.

Hi,

Just configured 2 Yealink W56H phones connected on a W60B base and when I try to access the 3CX phonebook, I get a "Connect error".

When I paste the phonebook url in a browser, I can access the XML file.

I used the FXS/DECT section to configure the phone. Everything else seems to be fine.

Anyone else ever had this issue ?

T58A Register: Provisioning on Bintec-Elmeg be.IP

Hello,
I just tried (but failed) to register a T58A (newest firmware) on a Bintec-Elmeg be.IP Plus system.
  • T46G: My T46G works perfectly, but configuring the T58A in the same way doesn't work yet. (same Server-IP, new registering name identical to new user name (respectively the user's internal phone number), Transport = UDP). On the T46G it has helped once, to restart/reactivate the registration.
  • Fritzbox: The T58A works on a AVM Fritzbox without problems.
Can I log some details to find out more?

Solved! Forgot to create the phone device, which must be associated with the user!

Lync contacts

Hi,

We have purchased a T41S Skype for Business device to test on our Lync 2013 server environment. Logging in works perfectly (user/pin or user/password) but in either way I don't have the possibility to search in the Lync contacts. I only can dial to a number, or search in local contacts on the phone. Is this normal behaviour? Do I have to configure something?
