Problems with deactivating of call-forwarding (T48G)

Hello,

I have a problem with deactivating of call-forwarding (off::Always Forward) after last firmware-update.

I read in this Issue the same problem (for T46G):

Our company have the same problem, but with T48G.
Our telefons have the current firmware '35.83.0.50' (Hardware Version: 35.0.0.0.0.0.0).

Activating of call-forwarding works fine. After the last firemware-update we have problems with deactivating of call-forwarding.
The Problem is the fact, that yealink send astrisk '*73NUMBER'. The older firmware sent astrisk only '*73' without NUMBER.

Is there a newer firmware, that solves this problem?

XML Browser Key Identification

Is there anyway to tell, or send to the xml link, which key initiated the browser?
For example we are using an XML app for hot desking/hotelling and would like to light up the line key that pushed the button once the web app has completed. Is there any way to send that information in the XML request?

Hi,

I have a question and i am hoping someone can help me with it. The current VoIP provider we are using gives me the possibilities to change the way of incoming calls by dialing a speeddial. An example would be to dial "915<2>2<1>2#"

In this case would this enable a Voicemail.

But you can't see it anyware if the voicemail is enabled. So when the customer goes to home and presses this speeddial button, the voicemail will be enabled, but he can't check this without calling his number.

In the past i know someone has created a solution for this by using "Action URI" or something with XML to enable a led indicator when pressed a specific button, which does a speeddial and turn on an indicator led.

Can this be done on a Yealink Phone?

I hope someone can help me, thank you in advance.

Add Reset Action URL

Hello,

I would appreciate that when a phone is reset by any mean (through phone keys, though web application, ...), it would send a dedicated Action URL.

Thanks to this feature, receiving server would be able to perform various housekeeping actions (de-allocationg resources, updating databases, ...).

If I'm not mistaken, after reading [1], such Action URL do not currently exist.

Some complementary parameters may be useful to further describe how such reset was triggered (keys, ...), which type of reset (factory, ...).

Download Local Directory by Command Line Tools

Dear Yealink friends,

I would like to collect the local directories of sever T42G phones automatically. A way would be to use a url link.

After some puzzling, I tried the following command:

curl "http://USER:PASSWORD@IP-ADDRESS-PHONE/servlet?p=contacts-preview&q=exportcvs"

However this doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish the automatic and scheduled download of the local phone directory? Is the use of an URL a way to go?

Connecting Yealink T46S to Vodafone's One Net Business Servers

Hello dear community,

Our Company is trying for some time now to connect the T46S to the Vodafone One Net Business Servers. Unfortunately without any success so far.

Vodafone provided us with a User ID, a password and the SIP Server address.
First of all, I'm not sure if these parameters are enough to connect the T46S to the Servers of Vodafone, since there are a few more parameters to fill out in the admin UI of the T46S, such as "Register Name".
Furthermore our phones have been registerd in some phonepool in Great Britain via our phone provider "Komsa" and are now unable for some reason to receive a manual Firmware update. Also the parameter Server URL in the category "Auto Provision" has been filled automatically. I think this has something to to with the registration of the phones, but I'm not entirely sure of that.

Did anyone experience some similar cases?
Anyone who can help solving this problem?

Display steadily wakes up since update to FW 28.83.0.50

I just upgraded the Firmware from my T46G to 28.83.0.50 from 28.81.0.110. i use a pascom Telephonesystem which is build on Asterisk.

Normally the display dims after 300sec.abd stay dimed until a call or a blf event happens. After the Firmware Upgrade every 5-10 Minutes the Display wakes up to full light without happening anything.

This is only with the new firmware. Nothing is changed on the pascom Telephonsystem.

What is the problem?

Im needing the T42G recovery files. The phon e is stuck at initializing. Ive tried to upload my current version T42-29.83.0.62 by holding the speaker when booting and pointing the phone to my TFTP server however the phone indicates "update failed"

I have a customer that is trying to use the WF40 dongle on a T46s at his residence. When he plugs it in, it does not see his connection. It is a strong connection and is able to use it on his cell phone. He will then manually find it, enter the password and will not connect. I did send a new one to him in hopes that he had a bad one but unfortunately, that is not the case. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas are appreciated!

We have T46S provisioned by Vonage.
When checking VM , before playing the actual message , it gives the time , caller id , caller phone number and then finally the message , is there a way to change settings ? I just want the message, the rest of the information I can get it other ways if I want it.

Dear Yealink team,

since T49-51.25.0.15 on our T49Gs we have the IP address of the caller in the caller id like "<callerid>@<ipaddress>" which before it was only "<callerid>". I didn't find an option in the webinterface to deactivate this behavior - is there a way?
