SIP-T26P no audible ring when receiving a call from another extension

My phone model is SIP-T26P. Calls that come in from the outside will ring on this phone, but calls coming from an internal extension will not produce and audible ring. I can see the call on my screen and pick it up, but I don't hear the phone ringing. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

I am trying to push a remotePB to some phones, I have the XML file in place, and if I set it up manually it works fine, but I have over 130 phones to provision this to.

I get the following errors in the logs:

Good day,

I'm looking for SDK / API for Windows desktop applications (both Win32 and .NET) to be used with Yealink T42G to do following:
1) Make a new Call
2) Answer incoming Call
3) Transfer an active Call
4) Reject a Call
5) Make 3-way conference Call (during two-way active Call dial and connect to third party)

Can you please point me to the right direction?

So far I only found how to place new call http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?i...roductType but that is not enough.

BLF and conference

Hello!
I ask for help. There is a conference in which participate in the example of 20 numbers that are displayed on the extension panel. It is required to turn the microphone off and on the button of the BLF and display the status of the subscriber or not.
When using BLF on the extension panel, pressing a button starts a new call.
It requires only a subset, but there is no light indication.
Is there any solution to the problem?

2 Handsets sharing single sip account

I bought the W60B as well as an extra handset.

I want a single sip account to be shared between the two handsets so that incoming calls ring both phones..both phones hear notifications of the same voicemail box and see the same call history where applicable.

Basically I want the two handsets to function like a traditional cordless phones with 2 handsets.

I think I understand that one handset will not be able to barge in on a call in progress, but if I am mistaken, I would like to know how to set this up also.

Right now, when I try and register both handsets to the same sip account, only one handset rings. The wierd thing is, the phone that doesnt ring still displays the missed calls.

I have a T23G phone and I was wondering how to make the Blind Transfer and Attended Transfer Alert Info work, so that the phone rings differently when these are triggered. Extension to Extension works as advertised but the other two do not, no matter what I do.

T48S Line appearance indicator malfunctioning

I am having a problem with the T48S while using multiple line appearances. When calls come into one of the secondary line appearances it does not always highlight the correct one. So, it appears callers are dialing one line appearance but are actually dialing another.

For example line appearances A, B, and C. Callers dials number associated with B but C is highlighted making it appear the call is intended for a different party than it is.

firmware is 66.82.0.48. I have looked through the firmware release notes and haven't been able to find this bug mentioned anywhere.

any ideas?

Let me introduce myself firstly, this is Karl from Yealink. I working on improve integration between VOIP platforms and Yealink phones now. Recently, more and more platforms completed or developing integration with Yealink RPS now. In order to apply better experience for customers, just writing this topic for discussion. It's appreciate if you can apply any suggestions or idea.

If platforms completed integration with Yealink RPS. When customers add devices on platforms, the devices will be added to RPS and assigned to a provision URL which uploaded provision template files. For customers, they just need to power up the phones, then the phones will connect to platforms' provision server and download pre-configured template files. The accounts\DSS keys setting and other configurations will take effect on phones automatic. You just need to buy the phones, ship to clients, enter MAC address and configure setting on platform before the phone arrives. When clients receive the phone, just power up, everything done!

What's your thinking about this feature on platform? If you have any suggestions, please touch with us without any doubt.

Meanwhile, for customers who own RPS already. Do you want the platform has option for you to login your RPS accounts? Why? Any worry or suggestions, please feel free to touch with us.

I have a T48S phone with 66.83.0.10. I cannot figure out how to get the phone to display the TO header info on an incoming call. The FROM information is displayed.

I see both the FROM and TO info in a capture.

secondary Message wait alert to DSS key

This is a feature we;ve been asked for on a number of occasions.
A user is associated to a number of voicemail boxes and a message wait from any of them prompts the red LED. The requirement is to create a DSS key for each of the multiple mailbxes (or only the secondary ones) The DSS Led will illuminate in response to the alert and pressing the key will dial the string for the relevant mailbox.
(this part i can do, but its the alerting thats needed.)

It may be available as part of the DSS SDK capability but can;'t see how??

No option to signinto S4B since new firmware

Hi,
We are evalutating the YeaLink T46G Handset with WiFi Dongle. To get the dongle to work I had to upgrade to the newest firmware. Now the WiFi dongle works but no where can we find an option to sign into S4B via phone number and PIN.

Hi, it's possible configure a blf key that when I press in busy state, send dtmf?

The problem is that when I press a key when it's in red (busy state), hangup the call... can I send dtmf in that moment? O can I no hangup the call and send dtmf with the dialplan in my asterisk?

I would like to remote control a phone via action URI.
When I do that a popup appears on the phone "allow remote control" which has to be confirmed pysically on the phone.

Is there a way to not ask for that confirmation?

Protocol specification with DNS SRV

Hi We are using Yealink T4x and T2x series phones. For redundancy we are trying to configure DNS SRV records but having hard time with yealink. Is it possible to set specifically transport even in DNS SRV?

So we want to set phone to use TLS specifically when using DNS SRV to sip.xxxxx.com. It works good when we use only udp but not with TLS. We are using latest firmware on T48. 28.83.0.35

I there,

i try to call an doorstation (Grandstream) under "999". After this i need to but in a "9#". But it fails all the time... FW is 66.82.0.20.

DHCP timezone problem in v83

We have T19_E2, T21_E2 and T40 phones. In common.cfg we have this:

local_time.summer_time = 0
local_time.date_format = 5

Our DHCP servers in all our offices send OPTION 2 to phones with correct offset.
Everything was good on firmware v82.

Yesterday we set new firmware.url in common.cfg for all our phones and today noticed that phone with new v83 firmware display wrong time, because of wrong timezone settings. Now it`s really = 0, it seems that phone did not applied offset received by DHCP.

What i can do to fix this?
