T29G - Not Authorized to access the web interface

Hi,

I have been working on a few T29G Phones today without any issues, and today i am trying to login via the web interface (Chrome, Internet Explorer) and am getting a invalid username and password error on the login screen.

I haven't changed any usernames or password since last login.

I then get transferred to a page saying:

You are not authorized to access the web interface.
Please contact your support team or try again 12 minutes later.

HTTP 403

I have tried logging in to the same model phones at another physical location and I am getting the same error.

The firmware is the latest firmware which I updated two weeks ago.

Paging Volume

When paging, the phones beep loudly, but when we begin talking, the voice volume is not loud enough. Is it possible to force the phones to use a specific volume?

Or, is there an easy way to do it differently? Using multicast? Or connecting to the office audio system speakers?

If it is easy to set the phones to a specific volume for paging that would be the easiest fix. If not, then I am open to whatever the best practice is.

Using the phones with 3CX pbx.

Ring Mute while keeping intercom ring on

Hello,

Our company uses a mix of yeahlink phones (T46, T29, T27 & T41). Our service is set up so that the phone rings in the office on a few select extensions prior to automatically getting routed to auto attendant. The reason for this set up is that we prefer to physically answer calls rather than auto attendant. Since we could not locate a setting to only mute the ring while still allowing intercom sound we have had to choose only a few select extensions to ring when a call comes in. After a call has been answered it is then sent to park and an intercom call is initiated to notify the person for whom the call is for.

The solution we are looking for is to have all extension ring on an incoming call so that all office personnel can see the incoming call on the caller ID. to achieve this we need to be able to mute the ringer on select extensions so that they no get disturbed when a call comes in but still be able to get an audible ring when the intercom on their extension is activated.

I noticed when lowering the volume all the way down on the Yeahlink phones both ring and intercom ring are treated the same and therefor both get muted. Is there a way to control the intercom ring separate from the phone ring?

T22P DSSKey linekey labels

Hi,

I have problem with DSSKey labels on Yealink T22P.
According to faq info as below in link:

there is a posibility to put label for line key on T22P, but on my T22P the label field is grey and I can't change that (as in attached screenshot)Sad

Is there any other config parameteres which shoulod be on or off or maybe it's an bug? Any idea what could be wrong?

Phone version T22P with:
- Firmware Version 7.73.0.50
- Hardware Version 5.0.0.60

BToE never works for me on Windows 10.

W52P Registration Failed

I set up everything so that the base and handset are registered and I completed the required info in the Yealink registration - sip, username and password. (my SP is Mweb)

just keeps saying REGISTRATION FAILED or REGISTERING

When I press LINE STATUS on my handset it shows the H1 line number but at the bottom is a little red box with an 'X' in it.

Thus the base is correctly set up and working and the handset is set up and working. Just the registration does not work.

Missed calls when I'm busy

And I want to know, If it's possible that when I''m busy, with the callwaiting disable, and I received a new call, I see in the phone the missed call..

It's possible?

Config Template: Add Remote Phone Book to Directory and Search

We are using the configuration templates to push two "remote phone books" to our Yealink T4X endpoints.

We are able (when using the phone's web gui) to add the Remote Phone Book to the Directory and to the Search.

However, we can't figure out what the template code should be in order to do this from provisioning template.

Anyone have any ideas?

Typically the bluetooth headset works well.
On some calls, user complains of audio static. Volume on phone is 50%. Volume on headset is 50%. I estimate only 5-10% of calls have audio static.

T46S less than a year old: firmware 66.82.0.30 hardware 66.0.0.128.0.0.0
T46S is plugged in with AC Adapter.
PBX is FreePBX 2.9.x / PBX in a Flash

Not sure where to look or if this how BT headsets usually work.

Does not answer properly when in a ring group

We have been testing with the the new firmware V83. If an incoming call is in a ring group the phone picks up but we never receive the notification. Direct call works fine.
We have all other firmware version work fine.

No settings have changed on our side V82 works great!

I am trying to set my T4Xs/g phones to do automatic firmware upgrades. I read that this is possible but I get lost as to what to put what where?

also I'm not a programmer so there is that as well.......

DND Sync with server

Hello,

Since the v82, Yealink could synchronize the DND local state.

I had this 3 lines added in my y000000000028.cfg (because the phone is a T46G) :

features.feature_key_sync.enable = 1
features.dnd.feature_key_sync.enable = 1
features.dnd.feature_key_sync.local_processing.enable = 1

and this line in my mac.cfg :

account.1.features.dnd.feature_key_sync.local_processing.enable = 1

But when I see the Xivo (an overlay of Asterisk), the state doesn't change. And with the SIP traffic, I watch nothing.

So I wonder why... I may have missed something.

I've sucessfully set things up so, on boot my T58 connects to server, downloads an app and install it. Is there any way to automatically launch this app once installed?

Issues with Transfer to Remote Phone Book

Hi we are using t46S phones in most of our sites.
Is it possible to transfer a call to a number selected from a remote phone book (xml phonebook).
At the moment when we like to transfer a call, we press Transfer soft key and there is a option soft key for directory. When this soft key is pressed, only local phone book directory is listed, there is no lisiting of the remote phone book directory.
I went all over the web gui and could not find a way to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.

T5X replacing T4X?

Does anyone know if the T4x products are going to be EoL soon in favor of the T5x line? I was unable to find anything in documentation that I could find. Trying to get ahead of it if we should be phasing out deployment of the T46S in favor of the T54S, for example. Thank you!

Is there any way to control (turn on/off or change the color of) a BLF LED on a Yealink phone, 'remotely' over the IP connection to the phone?

My understanding is that this can be done through a SIP NOTIFY message, but I would like to do it through an API command of some type or an HTTP command, to the phone.

Set remote phone book as default

Hello,

Does anyone know how to set the remote phone book as the default on the CP960? So that it opens when the "Directory" app is clicked (instead of the local directory). I have checked the templates (from 3CX) but have been unable to find a command to change this.

A second issue I have is disabling the the default apps on the home screen. I need to remove the "Browser" and "Message" apps but have so far been unable to find a solution.

Any help would be appreciated.
