T27G no longer option to transfer call during ringing state

Hello,

I upgrade T23G to firmware version 83 and run into a problem that transfer option is no longer available during a ringing call. Could you please suggest how i can fix this?

additional Microphones CP960

How Many wireless microphones can be connected to this Phone? I called the distributor about an order number for additional mics, but I was told there is no item that can be sold.
However, everywhere you can but a set of two mics.

But that does not necessarily mean this can be used to add more microphones, it could be just an addition to the CP960 which can be bought without microphones.

I would like to have 6 microphones connected to the base. Is that possible?

Having problems with Auto-Provision since some time.

Since a couple of weeks, our provision does never work anymore. Not with an "Out of box"-phone. Not with phones in the field.

Normally this works with DHCP. So when the phone gets an IP, it will use the .cfg-file.

Now it returns a Decrypt Fail after getting a respons from the provision-server. But out .cfg-files are not encrypted, so this doesn't make sense.

I've purchased Yealink phones t42g.

I didn't realize they had fonality firmware which I need to remove to use on my own pbx.

How can I remove and upgrade to latest firmware.

Unable to establish secure connection with CUCM

Hello community,

I am trying to deploy W56 phone with CUCM using TLS/SSL between them.
Disabling SSL the phone registers and works just fine. But when I enable secure communication I can't get the phone to register. TLS handshake can't be established.
I've done a packet capture and what I see is that we have the client and server Hello and the server requests certificate. Then the phone sends its own certificate, but the CUCM server rejects it with "Unknown CA" error.

My question is how to get the phone certificate and upload it in CUCM so I can make CUCM trust the phone? Or am I doing something wrong here? Is there someone who has this kind of setup? I would appreciate any help!

When using an asterisk with DEVICE_STATE, it is possible to set red and green statuses.
Is it possible to set gray status? Same as when the account is turned off for example.

Factory reset without admin password

I have a conference room phone at a customer site that needs to be factory reset. A tech that no longer works here set the admin password, and I don't know it. How can I factory reset the CP960 without the password? I've read many posts that say to hold the OK button, but I can't find one.

Hi there,

Any thoughts of having Call Park Code and Park Retrieve Code would be a "prefix" of the "call park" button.

For example

Call Park Code = *
Park Retrieve Code = **

DSS/Line key

Line Key4 = Type PARK Value 700

The blf light will reflect "700" When hitting it it will transfer the call to *700 and when retrieving it will dial **700

(It would be based on BLF States
Prefix when BLF is idle
Retrieval based on proceeding or confirmed)

W56P registering to W60B - Synchronizing please try later

Hi,

I have anew W56H handset I am trying to register to a W60 Base, and no matter what I do, I get Synchronizing, please try later message when I try and register.
It searches and finds the correct base, and when I put in the PIN code, I get the synchronizing error.
When I go to Handset status it says W56P, but the box clearly states W56H.
The W60B is firmware 61.80.0.40, the other handsets are 61.80.0.30, and the new one I am trying to register is 61.80.0.15.
I found a forum that said something about the phone book might be causing this, but I don't have remote phonebook, and even when I turn off all the handsets, and unplug the Ethernet I still get the error.

Problem with T46G

Hi all,

I have a problem with a T46G, when a reboot the phone, I lost the configuration of DSSKEYs and others parameters like vlan. This happens with the firmware T46-28.83.0.10.rom

I contact with my provider's support and downgrade the phone to version firmware 28.80.0.74 and the phone works correctly.

Is the problem in the phone or is the problem in last firmware?

What can I do?

Hello,

I'm looking into integrating an app into the T58. To do this could I have some information.

1. How can I detect phone actions within my app?
Examples:
is there a receiver I can register to know when the handset has been picked up.
Are there receivers for the hardware buttons like the volume, mute etc.
Is there an intent I can use to initiate a call? (For example I have a contact in my app and clicking it I can make a call).
Can I use my own dialler? So, when the handset is picked up I can launch my own dialler and not the yealink one.

cannot transfer calls to every W52H handheld

Hi All,

it's not possible to transfer calls to all of the handhelds on the W52P. Only the first. Situation is like this:

- One T42G with 1 line/SIP account. (name of the phone is 200)
- Second there is a W52P with 1 line/SIP Account and with 3 W52H handhelds. (name of the phones are 201, 202, 203)

All 4 telephones can receive and make a call.

When it comes to transferring calls the following happens:
I can transfer calls from any phone (200, 201, 202, 203) to 200 and 201. But I cannot transfer any call to 202 and 203. The line is disconnected if I do that.

So:
from 200 I can transfer to 201. Not to 202, 203
from 201 I can transfer to 200. Not to 202, 203
from 202 I can transfer to 200, 201. Not 203.
from 203 I can transfer to 200, 201. Not 202.

It is a weird situation because even for the base station with the 3 handhelds alone I cannot transfer calls.

How can I make sure that the handhelds 202 and 203 are in the telephone pool so I can transfer calls to them?

Can anyone share the Portuguese gui files for t42G? None of the link I find in previous posts work.

Also is this file shared across multiple models? is the T42 file going to work in T46 etc..?
