hello, i have a T31 handset, and the SIP header includes "alert-info: Bellcore-dr5" but this doesnt ring, as i believe on this model dr5 is silent, how can i amend this or force dr5 to be a ring tone instead?

We have several T31 phones, which for several reasons not autoprovisioned.
Problem here is that on start they try to access rps.yealink.com and this access is forbidden by firewall, so phone stays several minutes in "updating configuration".
Is it possible to turn off RPS in phone?

New user of YMCS, have started adding our customer devices to the platform.
I'm curious why the Update Firmware function does not list any "Official Version" of firmware. If I upload a version, it does show up in "Custom Version". Would like to use the Official Version instead of uploading versions.

W70B network issues
Hi all,
we have network issues with many W70B.
Usually they have DHCP IP addresses. And they are all powered by their external power supply, so PoE is not used.
W70 is pretty configured and works for days/weeks.
Suddenly they lost the nework link (ETH led switches off). Sometimes a reset of the base helps, sometimes not and the base never comes up to the network, SO we have to change it.
The number of subscribed dect phones may change for customer to customer (i.e it happens on systems with 1 dect phone up to 4/5 phones).
We also tryed to set static IP address, and use the latest FW (W70B-146.85.0.40) but this doesn't help, so we suppose some issue on the ethernet chipset...
Does anyone have the same issues?

T33g issues with 3cx
Hello, I found this thread on the 3cx forum, I am also having the same issue but I just swapped my topology with new aruba 6200m switches and still having the same issue as I thought it was a lan issue not the handset .
We are having issues on multiple sites with T33G Phones on v18 and v20. The phones randomly have audio issues like static with no call active when lifting the handset, no dial tone at all, static during calls. They do not have all at the same time. A reboot always fixes the issue at the time and later sporadically returns days or months later. This customer below just gathered recent data and sent to me. Hardware version of the phone is 124.2.0.32.2.0.16 and firmware is 124.86.0.40. This only happens to one or two phones a week so it has taken some time to see the T33G is the phone involved and then will not return for such a long period. I seen some other cases of this her in the forums but no fix confirmed. Is it possible the this issue was corrected in newer firmware that Yealink has on their website 124.86.0.75?

How do I request a SIP licence (to "downgrade" from SFB firmware)?
Hi.
I have a T41S which is currently running an SFB (Skype for business) firmware v66.9.0.80, and I would like to downgrade to a standard SIP firmware (I believe the downgrade to a standard SIP firmware is necessary to be able to configure the phone with "standard" SIP providers).
I have already tried to flash the new firmware using the Settings/Upgrade page but despite there showing no errors, the firmware version remains unchanged.
I have now read in several forum posts that I should upload a SIP licence to the phone before attempting to flash the standard firmware. Could anyone please confirm whether my understanding is correct and, if yes, how do I request this SIP licence?
