Question if I have a T56A Teams edition with Firmware 58.15.0.41
Must I update to 58.15.0.53 and then 58.15.0.85 or can I go directly to 58.15.0.85

I tried to upgrade a T55A to .85 firmware. Now when it restarts, it says "Network Unavailable". I've tried factory reset and everything I can see in the GUI and nothing will restore network. DHCP does not work. Static IP assigning does not work. Please help.

Good afternoon,

I would like to know if the call pickup function is compatible with the W56H equipment together with the W60B switchboard.

When I access the web page by the ip of the W60B switch does not appear to me the call pickup function, I have the latest software on W60B and W56H too.
When I go to the call pickup section it just pops me up to configure call parking.

We have 8 equipments, namely 7x W56H and 1x T41S (+ 1x W60B)
Will it be possible to fetch a call that is ringing on the T41S from one of the W56H through some code?

Looking at v84_80 Admin Guide, you can find several instances of LED configuration
such as

1. Where can you find documentation of these $LEDr300o300$ values ?

2. Is there any T4X, T2X or T5X phone with BLF LED that supports 3 or more colors (green, red and at least a third color (yellow, ...)) to let you implement enhanced presence (one color for "away" status, an other for "away for long", ...) ?

3. When phone has a color screen, can you play BLF label background color to support more than 3 or 4 states for BLF ?

Hello,

On a T42S with 66.84.0.90, end user can not only activate or deactivate Immediate Call Forwarding or change Forwarding target, but they can also edit On_Code and Off_Code.

How can I keep them from changing this (seeing code values is OK) ?

When the firmware is newer than 52.84, I found that the phone can't handle multiple frequencies (harmony tone) the tones consist of 2 or more notes (Yealink supports up to 8 notes).

Example:
!220/333,!262/333,!440/333,!349/333,!294/333,!349/333,!587/667,523+466/20000

In this case, 523+466Hz, only 523Hz will be heard. Only the first note supports multiple frequencies.

I just upgraded the newest firmware as of today. And the release note didn't mention this problem. Therefore, as expected, the problem is still there.

Greetings,

I just acquired a T58A and T58V.

We use Alert-Info on T27G to create distictive rings for inside calls, outside calls and DID calls. It works perfectly.

I've setup the T58A and T58V the same way but the desired ringtone is not being used. I've looked at the headers, did a level 6 log on the phone and can see the Alert-Info information.

Is there a setting I'm missing on the T58 or do I need to downgrade the firmware?

Hi,

since 2018 it's been possible to sync the T4x with Google. However, with the November 2019 update the existing contacts were deleted and when I try to reauthorise the phone to sync I get a message from Google that the app has temporarily been disabled. Is this a known issue?

Hi all,

We have 6 W60B bases (firmware 77.83.0.65) with 19 W56H handsets (firmware 61.83.0.50) some of them configured in several bases. The bases are registered in an ISSABEL ENTRY.
When many attempts are made to register with a W56H handset in the DECT W60B base, all the handsets that are configured and functioning there lose registration and it is not possible to recover their operation.
The DECT W60B is unusable.

Apparently the handset is registered, but when calling indicates that it is out of service and when trying to dial indicates "Via: IPCall" (not the number of the extension of the handset).

The following activities were carried out without obtaining positive results:
Firmware update of the DECT W60B base
Factory reset of the DECT W60B base
Deletion and creation of accounts in the DECT W60B database
Deletion and extension cration in ISSABEL ENTRY
IP address change in the DECT W60B base

To verify the ISSABEL, Yealink T19 telephones were programmed with the numbering that the handsets have and they worked correctly.
Handsets that stopped working on the base are registered on operational bases and work correctly.

Attached logs and image of the configuration that has the base.

In advance we increase the help they can give us.
