T41S recovery from TFTP fails
I have the appropriate recovery files label T41.rom, T41.bin and T41.rfs in the TFTP private root directory. i set the TFTP settings on the T41, but get an update failed (-1) message. Any idea what that represents?

For example:
I am a telephone operator, and have a call from John. He wants to talk with a costumer, and he tell me the number 1234567890. Can i enter that number directly in display phone to be used to transfer, Instead of writing it on post-it?

Firmware upgrade error on T23G
I have one brand new T23G with:
Firmware Version 44.82.161.1
Hardware Version 44.0.0.16.0.0.0
When I tried to upgrade the firmware using the webinterface to the latest, the phone says "firmware upgrading" but reboots on same firmware.
I test 83 firmware branch too.
No error messages.

"Hold" + going back by "Resume" - audio is muted
Having the same issue by T41S desktop phone
as by W60P + W56H handsets.
When using the "Hold" key, the caller do get "music" (fine).
Pressing "Resume", connection is still active but all audio forth and back to caller is muted. Display is showing "talking", so in the right mode.
As I have the same problems for two total different devices (T41S and W60P + handsets), I think I have forgotten some basic settings to enable within the webbrowser based menu's. However don't know which setting, when reading the manuals.
Same problem when trying to redirect a call to another handset.
After redirect, audio is muted.
Please do give some advise, or even better, a solution.

SIP Events for BLF LED
Hi there,
we want to use BLF buttons to visualize the state of some freeswitch apps. I coud not find any information on how to turn the LEDs ON and OFF via SIP NOTIFY. Does anybody here have some information on that topic? Or even better: a working freeswitch lua script ?

Disable missed calls for BLF
Hello,
We have a few users who monitor our main line on their T57W phone. The problem is when a call comes in on the main line it shows as a missed call on their phone. Is there any way to turn off missed calls for the line they are monitoring? In other words they only want to see missed calls for their extension.

Firmware update for EXP40
Good day
We have two T46S phones each with a EXP40 connected. With the T46S on the latest firmware (66.84.0.15) I noticed that the one EXP40 will not always show the BLF key as busy. When I logged in on the web interface I saw that the hardware version of both EXP40's are the same (66.16.0.0), but the firmware is different (11.16.0.0 vs 10.16.0.0)
The one giving problems is on v10.16.0.0. Is 11.16.0.0 the latest version and how do I upgrade the firmware of the EXP40?

Unable to Bulk Import
I receive an error message when attempting to use the Device Template to import 80 Yealink devices.
Error message is:
Duplicate key com.yealink.microservice.dm.modules.model.entity.Model@7c64506c
I have tried to use the provided Device_Template from the YDMP and import a single phone with only the MAC address, Device Model and Name but it fails.
Attached is my test file.

Yealink T22p Quality Issue
We have around 7 Yealink T22p.
Phone quality is good when only one phone is being used.
If there are more than two phones are being used at the same time, one of them breaks up a lot but it breaks up from the other end(so the issue seems to be uploading lags from our side). It means that I can hear the other person well but this person cannot hear me well as my voice breaks up.
They are all connected to a Cisco POE switch (2960-S). We have NBN Internet 80Mb/30Mb.
Summary, 1. One call at a time is okay 2. If two devices are making calls or being used at the same time, one of them breaks out a lot. The test was carried out when the network is free during the weekend.

Shortcut to "View Voice Mail" Screen
For the T46 series phones, is there a shortcut to get to the "View Voice Mail" screen? I have a customer that monitors 3 voice mailboxes. The phone LED blinks when a message is left in any of the 3 mailboxes, but to know which one it's in, I have to press Menu-->Arrow Down-->OK-->OK-->OK. Or, is there a way to program a DSS key to lamp for voice mail? I see a Voice Mail key option, but it doesn't lamp. It's basically a speed dial key with a different icon. THanks
