How to configure Action URL values via HTTP servlet?

Our phone integration software requires that the action URLs are correctly configured. For the snom handsets we can do this directly from our software thereby removing any risk of the user not setting up the action urls to point to their PC e.g. if they have a dynamic IP and not noticing the IP of the PC has changed and so the phone needs reconfiguring again.

How can our software automatically configure the Yealink action urls correctly?

Yealink T26 and is not accepting Option 66

Hi All,

I am experiencing some issues with Yealink devices T26 and T29P in combination with DHCP option 66.
Other models are working fine such as T22 T28P so I think that the server configuration is correct.


Scenario:
During boot process the T26 requests the IP address from the DHCP (isc-dhcp-server), in the response the DHCP sends the TFTP Option 66 to the device (answer displayed below).


The problem is that the T26 does not accept the parameter and it does not starts with auto provisioning. In the GUI the Server URL field is empty.
Does anyone know where is the trick ?
I already tried to change few SW releases but i got always the same result.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello dears, I need a clarification regarding the maximun number of items are stored for each handset into local phonebook.
W60B brochure i read "Local phonebook for up to 500 entries (store in the base)".
Please could you tel me, how many items for each handset?

Autoprovisioning for SIP-T21 V.83 - common sip server name

Hello we have a network with several SIP-T21PN with 52.83.0.35 firmware with autoprovisioning.
We'd like to have a common file where the sip sperver is defined (i think it's the "account.1.sip_server.1.address parameter"), and the custom files, defined by MAC adress, where all the other information are stored.

we put the three attached files in the TFTP server folder, but it doesn't work, the SIP server 1 for account 1 is not what specified in these files...
what's wrong?
P.S. : I had to compress the .boot file to upload it...

black screen

Today I had an issue with my T46G phone, so I power cycled it, and now I have a black screen, and nothing is working.

I have tried rebooting several times but still the same.

When powering up the phone, I get the Initializing screen, then shortly after the screen turns black, and the red light on the phones top right blinks.

Is there some recovery options with Yealink phones?

Group Call Pick Up showing original extension number

Hi,

We have a room with about 20 Yealink T46S phones. All of these phones are in a group programmed in the phone server. The Group Pick Up feature is working on all of the phones. The question I have, is there a way to show the extension number of the phone that was picked up? The Caller ID of the outside number shows up but not the extension number. Thanks!

V84 and CardDAV

We have a couple of T48G phones and we've been looking at being able to use a CardDAV server as the remote phone book/directory. From my searching around I've seen that this may be coming in version 84 of the firmware, and that is due Sept this year.

Is anyone able to confirm if that V84 will support a CardDAV server, and that's it's due soon?

Headset Volume on W56H

Hello,

Perhaps this can be a feature request, but it seems the headsets I've tried with the W56H handset provide adequate volume for most calls, but if the remote party is unusually quiet, the loudest volume setting on the W56H is not enough to compensate.

I've tried a couple of different Plantronics headsets with the same result. Perhaps the impedance of the headsets I have are an issue, however we also have older analog DECT phones where the max volume is much louder. Is there anything Yealink could do in firmware that could provide a little extra reserve power for headset listening? The internal speaker volume of the handset is just fine. This is only a headset issue.

T46S BToE Connector 6.0.12.0 Application on Terminalserver W2016

Hello,

i tried to install Yealink BToE Connector for Lync(6.0.12.0).msi- which is the latest one for T46S- on our w2016 terminalserver. But the program can only be run once. If multiple (more then 1) users try to open the application it always says "Application is already running.."

How can i remove this check so that the application can run in multiple instances ? Is this possible ?

Is this Version (Yealink BToE Connector for Lync 6.0.12.0) Terminalserver-capable ?

Open VPN on T54S constantly disconnects

I have a working server with several T46S V66.82.0.20 running openvpn successfully.
When I apply the same openvpn config to the T54S phones the vpn connects but constantly drops the openvpn connection and tries to reconnect over and over.
Can anyone help

Dear support crew!
I am on the way to take my Hipath/Unify equipment out of order. I have here a Yeastar S20 and a package W60B with W56H for starting and trying. Finally I need 6 fixed extensions and 5 handsets.

My wish was to continue using my existing DECT devices Octophon SL3 professional an several Gigaset S4 professional with the new W60B.

I managed to register them on the base station. Incoming calls are displayed with the extension. Dialing and receiving calls stop at the moment I press the green key. Intercom mode between W56H is working.

Is that a configuration problem or are my handsets technically not compatible with the use of W60B? Would a Siemens IP DECT device (like https://www.gigasetpro.com/en/systems/sy...10-ip-pro/ ) solve my problem?

T46 How to create a High Quality Ringtone with Sox or other

Hi, i found an mp3 which i have converted in wav with Audacity.

when i run the wav with an player he has a good quality.

But when in convert it with sox : sox InputFileName.wav -e u-law -r 8000 OutputFileName.wav

even with -c 1, when i put it on the phone, and even if it do more thank 100kos, it worked, but we have a bad quality and sizzle .

What is the best way to create a good quality ?

T46S recovery mode doesn't upload .rom file, Always "Start Updating..."

Hello all,

I am following the instructions to fix a bricked T46S phone and I am able to successfully get the phone to talk to my tftp server on my computer and it will go as far as uploading the .rfs and .bin files to the phone, but once it does the phone changes to a light-blue background with Red letters that says "Start Updating..." and doesn't do anything further. After a few minutes, the phone reboots and says always "Initializing...please wait". I suspect, that it runs in a timeout.

In the tftp syslog, I see the read request from the phone for T46S.rom, T46S.bin and T46S.rfs. The T46S.bin and T46S.rfs are loaded successfully to the phone, but by the request for T46.rom, the tftp tells me, that the file is too large.

Any ideas as to what could be going wrong with my attempt to fix this?

Can someone help me to get the phone up and running again?

T48G with newest firmware - Local Directory not showing, Netzwork Directory instead

@ Directory -> Settings within Directy I have enabled LDAP und Local Directory, all the others are disabled.
When I go into the Directory of my Phone it shows LDAP and Network Directory.
But I can find the local contacts inside the In Dialing Search when typing some digits of a number.

Any idea how to fix this?

How to unhold a specific call using Action URI

Via Action URI we can use the key=F_HOLD command to unhold a call, this works fine when there is only one call.

When there are two calls on hold how can I tell the phone via action URI to unhold the call I want to unhold?

And if there are 3 held calls the issue is even more complex. The action URL/URI system needs to support passing the CSTA_ID so exact call control is possible.
