Switch DTMF Type via Basic Menu/Dialing Code

The are often issues with DTMF depending on what system you've called into, it would be really helpful for a user to be able to toggle between INBAND and RFC2833 etc. either using a dialing code or using a menu option (that didn't require an admin login)...
