Ring back tone

Hi Everyone,
I have a problems about IP Phone Yealink T20p model.
My company used some IP phone yealink connected to IP PBX Grandstrean UCM6108.
The issue: When all are connected(IP Phone & IP PBX), I setup all inbound calls will ring at operator extension. I finished it. But when I tested, I saw that the inbound calls are delayed ring. That mean after 3 rings, call will go to operator extension. Sometime, I saw ring back tone when I finished.
So, How to configure this issue?
Please help me to solve it?
