Handset will not upgrade

I did a base upgrade and then a firmware upgrade.

I have:
Version
Firmware Version 25.73.193.40
Hardware Version 25.1.0.0.0.0.0

1 H1
2 H2 26.73.0.30
3 H3 26.73.0.30
4 H4 26.73.0.30

All my handsets are the 26.73.0.30 except for one.

The H1 that's not showing a version... if I go on the phone itself and then get the status of the current firmware from handset status, it reports: 26.30.0.10

How can I get the new firmware on this handset?
