Call Log not showing all calls

We are testing a T46G with a client and its working great except for the call log. Most calls are logged but they are noticing that some are not showing up. Missed calls is enabled and when calls come in they are showing the caller ID but then do not show in the history. The system is FreePBX V13 and the calls are coming in on a ring group.
