Have a question about call park and the yealink t46 phone. We are able to get call park to work however when trying to park or retrieving via a number on a phone that is a shared call appearance on the Broadworks platform it doesn't work. Should a person be able to park a call on a Yealink phone where the number is a shared call appearance.
