We are looking to use the DialPlan capabilities of the 48g with Skype for Business Cloud PBX, to overcome a five digit dialing preference. It seems the firmware version that we are running (35.8.0.23) only has a very basic rules engine. If a user dials "12345" we can make it dial "4125551212".
Is it possible to have a replace rule, append digits to the beginning of what the user dials? In the config, it seems like it would be possible using a Replace="41255$1" parameter. But what happens then, is that the phone literally dials "41255$1" and doesn't append "41255" to what the user originally dialed.
Is it possible to do what we want? It seems like it would, if we were using a SIP firmware and not the Skype load. But we need it for Skype.
