Audible ring when on a call

We have quite a few T46G phones. Is there any way for the phone to ring when you're on a call? We are moving from a Nortel system and the phones would ring even if you were on a call. This alerted the users to "pick up" your call. In our situation it was much better than having all the phones ring in a group. With the Yealink phones, our users only hear a faint beep with an incoming call (if they're already on the phone). The only other notification the other users would have would be a blinking BLF key. We would prefer, if at all possible, setting the phones to ring when on a call so the other users would know to pick up the call. Is there an option in the Yealink T46G phones to enable ringing when on a call?
