Setup T19P E2 in the PBX

Hello:

I am trying to setup a T19P E2 phone in the Grandrstream 6116 series PBX.
I put the information in the phone, according instructions, when it try to synchronize with the PBX, Register Failed message appears.

I have others phone working, I check the configuration it is similar.

Any idea, ¿What is happening?
