As of the last few weeks, I've noticed that I've had to power cycle many of my T20p phones because the Ethernet pass-thru stops working. The phone itself will continue to work -- it will stay connected and registered, you'll be able to make calls, but sometimes the phones will not receive calls. After a power cycle, the phones are fine.
This happens on a weekly basis for some of my users and I've tried updating to the latest firmware (9.73.193.50), changing the port mode to Span-to-PC, and even using the phone in router mode, but it will always stop passing the ethernet through.
Any ideas on how this can be remedied?
