T48G Pre Sales DSS Key setup

Hi,

I'm looking to get a T48G for the main purpose of integrating with a 2n door entry handset, and a virtual PBX provider, these will be setup as two accounts.

I'd like to know if I can program a DSS key to be a DTMF function when on a SIP call to the LAN entry phone, therefor allowing to open the door?
