Where is Dob2Text.exe?

I'm Developing XML Browsing for T27p, T21p.
I've already asked for "Dob2Text.exe" Tool to convert image data to hexadecimal characters.

For your Information,
I can find the tool from web.
I DID try to find it and couldn't.
I think this tool only exists in yealink developer.
Because it mentioned in Manual "Yealink_SIP-T2_Series_T19(P) E2_T4_Series_IP_Phones_XML_Browser_Developer's_Guide_V80_60.pdf"
on Page 104.
Could you pliz Tell me how to get this tool from?
Anybody who wan't to use xml browser with image need this tool.
