BLF on T46G & T48G on Vonage Business

Hello -

I'm trying to use BLF on a T46G & a T48G on Vonage Business service.

T48G = Ext 701
T46G = Ext 702

I have it configured to the point that both show a "line" (sorry, I don't know the right term) for the other ... On the T48G, I have an appearance for Ext 702, and on the T46G I have an appearance for Ext 701

If someone is on a call, the other phone properly shows this.

However, if the other phone is ringing, I am unable to answer it. I have tried the pickup option, I have tried pushing the button associated with that line, no luck at all.

How can I get it so, if one of us is away from our desk, the other can pick up the call?

Note: These auto-populate on the DSSKey as "BLF List" and auto-fill in the values for "Value" (702), Label ("702-Staci") and Extension (blank)
