Noise cancelling handsets for T4X series

I am using a lot of T41P phones in fast food restaurants. The only issue I am having is that the handset is a non-standard shape, so none of the after market noise cancelling handsets physically fit the phone.

I would gladly pay for OEM noise cancelling handsets.
