My apologies if this is a topic that has already been argued. I'm pretty new to VoIP systems.
I'm trying to assign two extensions to the same VoIP phone. I use Xorcom and on the web interface I created the extension, routed from the inbound routes and also matched the correct MAC from the endpoint manager. I selected Line 1 for the first extension and Line 2 for the second one.
First extension rings, second one is busy.
Is there any solution to this? Or is it not possible?
