We have the Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth connected to the phone. We can hear the voice on the other end, but they cannot hear us. The firmware has been upgraded to the latest version(35.80.0.70) and the phone has been reset and tested. We have already spoken with Plantronics' support and determined that the device itself is working because we tested it with a cellular device. The first two weeks the Bluetooth worked without an issue, and all of a sudden 3 out of 4 devices stopped working. Do you recommend another model Bluetooth? How can we resolve this issue?
