Currently we are on the latest Cudatel Firmware that they will allow us for the T46G. The firmware version for the Phone is 28.71.0.182.
Our issue is when we go to Search the BPS (Barracuda Phone System) Phone book, the default search type is hebrew( as opposed to abc,ABC,123,or 2ab ) This was not this way until a recent firmware update to the cudatel system itself. I've called in multiple times with multiple tickets, with the same reply that it is Yealink's Firmware that is the issue and they can't do anything about it. What am I to do? This is unacceptable and must be fixed.
