We are experiencing some problems when upgrading our exsisting Yealink phones to the new firmware.
The problem is that empty BLF buttons after the upgrade are shown on the phone as empty speed dial buttons.
We are provisioneing many hundreds of phones, so it is a big problem that the firmware upgrade somehow is changing the setting for empty BLF buttons.
Is this something that can be fixed in a new firmware version – or is there another way of upgrading the phones without the BLF settings changing?
I have attached a picture of how the blf is after an upgrade. Before upgrade they were blank.
Phone type: Yealink T48G, T46G and T42G
Firmware Version: 28.72.0.45 to 28.80.0.70
